I really like the assortment of items that you sell however I do not like your return policies. I usually browse the site daily and have purchased many things in the past two years. Sometimes I think the items I'm purchasing aren't new they are returns from other companies?

I recommend Zulily to everyone. The prices are great. They carry great gift items. I especially like the beach/coastal items, pool supplies, and shoes. I have not bought many clothing items because the descriptions do not include information like the length in inches of a top, fit - relaxed, formfitting, etc. But, mostly my experiences with Zulily have been very favorable.
Tip for consumers:
I check the site often just to be aware of what is available and to compare prices to other sites and stores. Zulily usually has the best price.

In fact, I think I probably like it a little too much! I'm always finding things I didn't know I wanted or needed. Sometimes I delete the emails before Incan look at and be tempted by them. Seriously though, I have bought a lot of nice things from them.

I can always count on finding something unique. Prices are good. There have been some quality issues lately but I like that returns can be made now. But I have never had a problem that a rep there didn't fix. All in all Zulily is a good company to deal with.

I have ordered three times from this company-each time took longer-they advertise merchandise they dont have because you never get it they just credit you for it 3 weeks later and tell you it is no longer a stocked item. The adult clothing must be made in laos because the material is so cheap and smells of chmeicals. STAY AWAY!

Initially I was satisfied with most the things I bought. The quality has gone down over the last year. My order last week was "the last straw "! The clothes were AWFUL. I thought you could not return anything you bought from there? I have donated 3 of the new items to a shelter and kept one-- I wore it today and it stunk like ant spray.

I've had little success with mail order. I just ordered 5 garments and received 4 in good time. I believe the 5th is enroute or possibly I'm my mailbox. 2 of the garments don't even approach fitting me. Not a problem when I'm in a store I can go up a size or 2 if I need to. Or if I take home and it doesn't fit and I take it back to an actual store, I can either get my money back or make an exchange. At this point if I take it anywhere, it's to mail it back. To be honest I'd rather give them away. I think I'm over mail order. As a matter of fact think i''Lloyd go back to sewing because I really hate clothing made in China. I'm not used to the negative quality.

I ordered my baby a pair of boots... after waiting six weeks, finally got them. They were beautiful. Until I went to put them on her and realized they were both leg foot boots! I also ordered some matching dresses for my girls and I, that said to be white and navy blue. Got them after five weeks and they were a piss yellow with navy!

I ordered a dress from this website. It arrived on time however the quality is awful. The dress has flowers printed on it. The paint was probably still wet when they packed the dress. The paint has smeared all over and tissue paper was sticking to it. I will not order anything else. I paid $45 with shipping. This dress even if it was not damaged is not worth more than $12. Save your money.

Why am I always over charged? I just closed my account because it is not worth it anymore to do business with Zulily. Every time I place an order I either don't get the item or if I do I am over charged. On my last order, I ordered 2 pair of shoes. You got it, I was charged for 3! When I called them I received a excuse that they had a refund approval code on their records where my over charge was. I called my CC company and they said no it's a charge! When I explained the problem, they were kind enough to give me a credit so I didn't have to call Zulily back and fight with them. That is why I have been with this CC company since 1977. They take care of their customers.
I did call Zulily back and close my account. They have lost my business and I will shout it from the mtn. Tops how bad they are!

In August 2014, I wrote asking for info on Zulily products because I was afraid they would be flimsy, cheap (the costs were cheap), and wouldn't fit. Unfortunately, I found Sitejabber AFTER I had already ordered. My instincts were right on! The items were flimsy, cheap, and didn't fit. Awful! I ordered a couple pairs of shoes-they were the most crappy, ill-fitting pieces of cardboard-like things I have ever seen. They went into the garbage. Nothing fit. Never, never, never to the millionth degree consider wasting your money on this site!

Most of my experience has not been good. Clothes sizes are wacky. Too small or too large. Quality is not good. Just ordered a comforter, looks way different in person. And not in a good way. Order time is unreal. I find the shipping fees excessive.

This is the worst website I have ever used to shop. I placed an order and not only did 35 days go by before my items shipped, but their customer service canceled part of my order without asking me, and sent me an email saying, "Per your request, we have canceled the following item(s)". When I never canceled the items, rather they had to cancel them due to inventory, making it 47 days before I ever had an update on that particular item. The whole platform seems unreliable and out of the few items I eventually received, nothing special in terms of quality. STAY AWAY!

Beware of ordering from this company! I ordered baby food from them and the whole lot (4 packages of 6 units each) ALL expire in one month! What!?! Really? And it wasn't super cheap either! ALSO... I just received a shirt for my baby and it had a tag but it was USED! The neck of the shirt is dingy, there is a stain on the front AND back and it has a hole in the back seam! Buyer BEWARE! A lot of their items are cheaply made crap from China! And ewwww... they ship me a used shirt and try to pass it off as new? Who does the inspecting there? They should get fired!

I order frequently from zulily.com In recent months the quality of the fabric and the workmanship of their clothing products has declined. The sizing is also not accurate. I must also mention that I have been very satisfied with their customer service. I have not had an issue with 85% of the merchandise I have ordered. You can confidently order with reservation. Look at the product carefully and read about the fabric. Jewelry is an iffy item on this site. Most that I have ordered looks very cheap. Give is a try as the prices are very competitive and the company is located in the USA not China.

Unfortunately I ordered from Zulily.com before reading the reviews:-( I ordered 5 items. First one came after 25 days, however they say shipping is within 12-16 days! Some days later I wrote to them that the service is terrible, waiting time absolutely too long, so asked them to cancell my order but they didn't. In the meantime they informed me about shipping of 1 item. Few days later they informed that 2 items are not available, and this info came 32 days after my order, when I should already have those items! Now is day 37 and I still not have last item nor the info about shipping so asked them to cancel rest of the order. Await their answer!
I will NEVER buy from them again. NEVER EVER!

I have been a customer for a while, and I think that Zulily is a great place, clothes are reasonably priced and they have nice styles.
I buy a lot from them. The only draw back is it takes a long time to get my purchases!

I read up on the site before I made a purchase and understood it would take some time for my order to arrive and that they do not accept returns. When my order got to me after a few weeks, one of the headphones I purchased was damaged. I contacted them and got a refund for the headphones plus a $10 credit to cover the shipping I had paid for. I was happy with that and ordered a pair a boots from them the next week. When I went to pay for the boots I had a $410 credit instead of $10. I contacted customer service again and they gave me the boots for free because I let them know about the $400 error. When I got the boots a few weeks later I open them up to find that they smelled so badly of diesel fuel that I had to leave them outside. They are the cheapest boots I have ever seen. Poorly made and thin material. I would have complained but they were free. After 3 weeks of leaving them outside they still smell. Can't even give them to Goodwill, I'm throwing them away!

There is no customer service to speak of and even though you haven't received your order and still waiting after three weeks, and you want to cancel the order, don't call zulily to cancel, call your credit card and cancel it first. Then call zulily, they will charge that credit card quicker than you can say "crooked sales" rather than cancel your order. Lesson learned, should of read the reviews before ordering off this site.

Zulily makes it so easy to shop. The variety of items is unlimited - even for the same type item. Not only do I get great deals - it is for quality items - I can spend as much or as little as I want due the large amount of choices. If for some reason the item is out of stock I get a notice as soon as it is in - so I can order if i am still interested. Choices are endless.
I have had some issues returning items and i think it is more the software program - not the company itself - someone is always willing to help when i contact them.

Service sucks and the shipping is HORRIBLE. Literally takes months to get your item. They say 10-14 business days, but it's not true. I tried them 2 times and one time it took 6 weeks, still waiting on my 2nd item. I'm on week 5, I called today and they said that they still have not received the item in their warehouse. Once they get the item that it will be another 3+ weeks. They are horrible!

I ordered from them twice recently. The quality of the items were as expected. I returned one (not my size) and I got credit with no problem. I have ordered a second product (pants) to use up my credit. And am waiting for it for over 2 weeks. I see now that the first delivery time was not unusual. Sore credit is ultumately a nuisance since most companies give a refund. The delivery time is a deal breaker. I would not use them again.\

The delivery time is unacceptable, more than 2 weeks. Store credit only but shipping charges eat up the credits pretty fast.

Placed an order November 16 2014, I ordered ten items of personalized wall art. The product was mediocre! One plaque was so uneven that I was ashamed giving it as a gift to my friend! The first item came a month after I placed the order and each item slooooooowy started arriving after that... now it's january 14,2015 and I am still waiting for one item to be delivered. Never again!

I will never again order a product from Zulily! I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter and it will have taken just about a month for them to arrive. I have never waited so long for a product in my life! Yes they may offer free shipping but it definitely comes with a price. You wait a ridiculous amount of time before your order arrives! Never again!

The shipping from this site is horrible. I understand the system and that they have to wait till the sale ends to buy in bulk from the supplier and that adds on a week or two, however even once it has shipped it takes 2-3 times longer than any other online retailer. They only utilize FedEx SmartPost which takes over a week to finally arrive. To charge $7 shipping on an item that was over $50 and to have it go SmartPost is ridiculous.
