When you buy you do not know where things are coming from. No more China clothing! Clothing should be marked accordingly. My last couple orders were from China... took over a month to receive, one was way to big a 3x when I ordered a lg. And the other one was damaged and I have to pay shipping to return. I am done. Years ago this company use to be very good but not any more. Very, Very dissatisfied

I would say that i am satisfied with 95% of my purchases with Zulily. If you get credit with Zulily and you use their credit card sometimes it is a little confusing. Call them if you have some troubles with the services they are very willing to help you. I have had excellent services with Zulily. The only problem i have is the wait time for receiving your order. I live in a rural area so there could be many factors for that. I do love Zulily and i hope you will give them a chance and consider them for online purchases. Best wishes.

Everything is wonderful but a spinner ring, which looks very nice, is not wearable at all. It was 29.00 very disappointed. It doesn't fit like a ring. The side stick out and the fit is wrong.
That said, I recently found this and I'm loving it. I have got so many wonderful things.

I've ordered a lot of stuff over the last few months and here's what I think of zuilly: cool stuff - some gorgeous items that are on a great discount; some heavily discounted item that are of acceptable quality. Not cool stuff - tiny sizes, too much polyester, shipping takes FOREVER - so if you order something for summer it makes to your house by fall. I've learned to look at the item very carefully and order 1 to 2 sizes larger than I wear and no poly!

Love the new sale items everyday. It's a little addictive but I have found some great deals. I like the fact that that the fabric content is listed on clothing items. Return policy isn't my favorite, but I am careful with what I purchase do I do t usually need to return items

I have bought several products from Zulily and now it is one of the few shopping apps I have on my phone. The products change every day and they keep it fresh. If an item sells out, they alert me when it's back in stock and that is pretty awesome. Sometimes the products are a lot different than I thought they would be and I have the choice to send it back or keep it. I usually keep it and either sell it or give it away. Sometimes the sizing is a little off but there again, I either make it work or sell it or give it away. People love the products so I can usually pass them on. As to shipping - the costs are pretty much the same as other places and yes, the system requires you to wait but it is well worth it. Once I understood how Zulily works, I am more patient about getting my products. I will continue to purchase from them and can; t wait to see what I will order next.

I ordered a child's dress that was very cute. Instead, I received a very ugly children's sweater. When I called them to return it as a mistaken shipment, they said they don't take returns. Unfortunately, I never got around to returning it (despite what they said) or canceling my payment and fighting the credit card charge. Don't order anything. It's a scam.

Ludicrous! I ordered these items and it is taken nearly a month! I've checked the status of my package and it had been shipped but is now sitting in Sacramento, CA and has been there for almost a week!? I love the style and prices, but will NEVER order from there ever again, because shipping takes WAY too long.

Im still waiting for my fall boots I ordered 3 weeks ago! It said they would ship in 2 days... I hope they arrive before the snowy season! I will not be ordering again from Zulily. For the price I paid I could have bought them in the store for the same price because now they would be on sale! And the savings really isnt all that great. I thought I would give it a try because the ads pop up everywhere. I wonder if they will ever arrive?

I am done with Zulily! Second time I bought something from them and they are just shipping it over two weeks after the purchase. It means that I will have to buy another Christmas present. Both times different times of the year, same story.

How in the world do they stay in business. They do not deserve my business.

I love shopping from zulily and all the products have great quality. What I'm disappointed at is that I have to wait forever to receive the packages. They always ship my orders 10-15 days after i order so I never get them on time. There's no point of paying for shipping if they can't ship them fast. And the sizings are too small that I always have to order 2 size bigger for my toddler.

I will never purchase from Zulily again. I purchased a pair of boots, size 10 and felt like a size 9. I requested a refund and they only wanted to provide a store credit. I explained to them that I needed my money back so that I can purchase from another company that sells true to size boots and they are only wanting to provide a store credit. That's wrong! They should not be selling stuff with false advertisement of sizes. That's bad business for the consumer. They highly not recommended. Find somewhere else to spend your money because this company will not refund you your hard earned money back.

I love Zulily! After a long illness and weight loss I needed to rebuild my closet, actually every thing. My daughter taught me how to shop online. Every thing I have orded fit perfect, love the style options and fabric. I'm a senior, Zulily shopping has been a wonderful experience. I called once and the staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful I may be 70 but feel like 17. What a blast. Thanks Zulily for the comfort and style Every thing from the inside out Wish I could give MORE STARS.

When I place and order from a vender for 5 items why do they send one at a time instead of mailing the entire order? Lately I been placing large order with Zulily and you have been sending my order ex: if I place and order today with 6 item you will mail out two or one and the rest of the order at another time, when you place a couple of orders weekly you want to be in control of your order is all there any reason why you are sending part of an order? Overall you have good prices and nice items for children I wish you could get stylish shoes in extra wide sizes

Last week Zulilly had a 'ballet week' I saw some cute ballet shoes. I decided to look up the manufacturer's site and these exact shoes were at a regular price of $39 Zulilly had them for $59. The Plus sized clothes are very small and made of cheap fabrics. Delivery, well it has been disgusting. Zulilly has the perfect business they hold no stock, buy just what we order and this is why they can't take returns. I love NEXT, delivery within 5 days and easy return. Products are of a high quality with true sizing and pictured colors and style.

Zulily has some nice items, but you can always find the same item on amazon prime. Zulily charges a shipping fee, although once you pay it's free if you order any additional items the same day. Also delivery time to lengthy and you only get credit for returns. Always able to find same item for less when you include shipping charges.

Ordered two shirts and they were made in China and were two sizes too small. Returned them and they would not refund my money. I have to buy something else from their site! I was also charged two shipping fees, once when I bought items and once again when I returned items. Total of $16.95 just for shipping! Bunch of crooks!

I had previously ordered items from zulily and received them no problem. I then saw a pair of brand name boots on sale for about $100 off. I ordered them and when they arrived they were a knock off brand! I was so angry I emailed them and they offered to return them at their cost and gave me a $10 credit. Whoop dee do. They didn't acknowledge the fact that the boots were a totally different brand just that they're sorry I received the "wrong style" I won't buy from them again.

Shipping is SLOOOWWWW! 25 days and counting to receive my items. One item doesn't even have a tracking number yet so it's likely going to be another week or so still.
Hope the weather stays warm so I can still wear what I bought whenever it shows up!

I am admittedly a shopaholic, but only on Zulily. I always check there first thing, so I know what's available, and what may be coming up in the next days. This place has everything I need, and things I didn't know I needed or wanted or even knew existed! And the pricing is great too. There's only one thing I would change if I had to; and that is, if there's something shipping directly from China, they should list that in the description; it's one thing to wait 2-3 weeks for something; but a whole other story if it's 4 or more. Otherwise, it's the perfect one place shopping! I already have my Christmas shopping done in August! My closet can't fit another thing! Great customer service too! Love love love this place!

I have purchased some clothing that I like from Zulily. However, their size charts are usually WAY OFF. I order according to the chart, and many items are way too large or way too small. I consider it to be Zulily's error that their size charts are so inaccurate, but when they send me something that turns out to be the wrong size, they refuse to make it right. Their so-called customer service is via "live chat," but customer service people are slow to respond and it can literally take days to complete a conversation. At one point, I was promised a return address label to return an item that I complained about. However, after haggling for several days, I am coming to terms with the fact that I will never get that return address label.

I purchased an item and they then didn't want to send me the item I purchased and tried to give me a cheaper alternative. They stated the item was no longer in stock. Lies! They had several in stock in different colors.

Review the return policy before you place an order. This is how they get you. Good luck as you are not likely to order something that fits properly. The quality is not very good anyway. They have great deals and lots of appeal, but as with the old saying, Looks can be deceiving! And with this company, they are!

The only complaint I have for Zulily it takes far too long to receive the merchandise/product. I wish you could get the merchandise/product faster without having to pay extra. I wouldn't mind paying extra if you receive the merchandise/product in a 2-3-day turnaround instead of a 7-day turnaround which is a normal delivery time for most other companies without the extra cost. Zulily would not be my choice if I needed something for a special occasion because it takes entirely too long to receive though it has great prices. If they could fix this I would have more confidence in them.

Why can't I simply browse your website without having to go through the process of setting up an account? I don't like to set up an account unless I'm ready to buy something. Setting up an account on a site I may never use is a complete waste of time. You definitely turned off a potential customer.
