The things I don't like, it takes almost 2 weeks for some orders to be processed, don't like it when/if I return something I get a credit towards a next purchase, I'd prefer to get my money back, what if I never order again, do you just keep my money? No customer phone number to call if I have questions. Items I have ordered have been good quality and pricing is reasonable. I just received a winter jacket from Zulilly, it came within 3 days and is very good quality. It's a fun site to shop.

I placed an order and when it started shipping over a month later I had my credit card replaced due to the Target issues... they sent me an email to update my info and I did (or so I thought). Apparently I was supposed to have some 6th sense that their system was being updated and you have to call to update your payment (their email said click HERE to update payment info). Half my items got cancelled it was just a joke. I called customer service and they said, sorry you should have called us to update your payment info. My order is so mismatched and their customer service was just a bunch of sorry.

You rarely have a good description on anything you sell. It is pitiful and I'm sure keeps a lot of people from ordering. I'm sure you hear from people everyday about your shipping taking forever yet you do nothing to change it. I know a lot of people that quit going on your site because of it. A lot of clothes from different companies are junk. It has made me not want to buy because then I lose with the return shipping charge.

ZULLY is a fun place to shop. Helps the consumer save money. It has a large array of items to sell. The ordering process is easy. I like that there are mostly two days of shopping for one low price for shipping.

I bought a fairly large and diverse order of women's clothes and nothing fit properly. It was either too big, too small or just fit strangely. Given I generally fit very standard sizes (size 8 to 10 - 6" 2" and 132 lbs), for nothing to fit says something about the clothes, not me. Also, the quality was not good. Given this, it does not help to give me store credit: I wouldn't have a clue of what to order and what size

Cheap materials, pictures don't reflect the way the cloths really are. This is the second time I ordered. First time was a big disappointment. I gave Zulily a second chance. I ordered a tonic size M. It was too big, sleeves were too long, the material was real cheap. I would be embarrassed to wear something like that. Never again for me.

Always get quality merchandise at very reasonable prices. Variety of merchandise is amazing. Clothes, books, home decor, toys for my Grandchildren, shoes, and everything is name brand. Shipping time varies, but is always reasonable.

I too have a love/hate relationship with Zulily! I'm very careful and research most item brands I purchase from them. I got a lovely Levtex quilt and shams for $50 less than anywhere else I looked recently. I usually have very good luck with jewelry purchases but yesterday I received what I thought was a ring I ordered but it was the wrong ring, right size but not what I ordered. Oddly enough I happen to like it just as well as the one I ordered! Lol! I sent an email and today received a reply sending postage to return and a $10 credit. Also they said they would refund as the ring I ordered was out of stock. I guess someone else received my ring. Clothing purchases are very hit and miss! Sizes do run very small and quality is iffy. I try to only order brands that I know about. Mostly have had good luck but as I said I'm thorough in my research. A tip is always use the enlargement button on the picture as I sometime see features on clothing that weren't mentioned in the description.

I received a clearly damaged ottoman from Zulily on 4/7/17. I contacted their customer service team via email on 4/9/17 and explained the damage. From 4/13-4/17 the only response I was receiving was that their Resolutions Team was working on the issue. Finally heard from that team via email on 4/18/17 requesting photos of the damage so they can send to the vendor. I sent several quality photos on 4/18/17. I continued to follow up and then on 4/24 I was informed that I "can't rush the vendor" and that I needed to "allow 7-10 business days from the date the photos were sent" (4/18/17) to allow the vendor enough time to handle the request for return/refund. It has now been 10 business days and no resolution in sight. On top of all of this, the dimensions for the ottoman were incorrect and then when I try to view the item on their site I receive an error stating the page cannot be foundhow convenient.

Tip for consumers:
Don't purchase from them. Period.

I found on Zulily an item priced at $35 that was the identical item Amazon had for $65. Knowing that the item may not fit and was unreturnable plus Zulily's shipping charges often override the item's bargain price, I still chose to go with Amazon. My Amazon Prime Smile account gives me free and FAST shipping, free returns if necessary plus donates. 5% to the charity of my choice. My motto is to play it safe!

I made a mistake, gave my e mail address to this group.
Getting an e mail nearly daily.
Tried to unsubscribe, getting no where.
Finally gotten hold of their telephone number.
Hope if they would remove my e mail address for me manually.

Over the time frame of two weeks, I ordered approximately 3k in items. All seemed fine until my last order. All of a sudden they cancelled my very large and expensive order and banned me from the site! When I called customer service, all they would say is to call my bank. I did and even had a transaction record printed and sent, verifying my payment and plenty of cash in my account. Zulily refused to send my order and would never give me a reason! To this day I have never received my items! Do not spend too much with them or they will do the same to you!

Cheaply made. Horrible material. All the merchandise are irregulars. Terrible would never recommend them. No wonder they have a no return. They would have tons of returns. Disgraceful their cheating people out of money.

I love Zulily except for when I purchase something then I am told two weeks later that it is not available. Some times I was was waiting for a birthday gift then find out after purchasing the item that it can't be shipped

I don't normally write reviews but I write this as a public service. Their merchandise is cheaply constructed. They do not tell you up front that they don't accept returns. When you call them to return an item, they tell you that they do not accept returns. Then they ask for the order # etc and tell you that they will email you info for a return but that you will only get store credit. Just be sure about your order because once you receive it you are pretty well stuck with this company.

I have bought so many gifts for my nieces and nephews and they love them. I have also ordered lots of shoes and purses, all name-brand and all at great prices. I turn to Zulily first when searching for a unique, affordable gift!

I have a 3 room b&b and I buy all my bedding for my 3 rooms, and my towel sets. I love the quality.. and I have had people comment in great ways on the bedding. I have loved the colors and the quality of all of them.. I also ordered lots of Christmas gifts too. I get my family a lot of funny t shirts and a lot of nice work shirts for myself. I think the quality is great!

I ordered two dresses for my nieces on nov. 17th and they still have not arrived. They wrote me an email saying they shipped, then a week later wrote another email saying shipping has been delayed, and the dresses haven't even arrived at the zulily warehouse. This is the 3rd time it has happened to me. I will not be ordering again from them.

I am from Australia, it took over a month for my order to arrive. The product was not as good as it looked in the photos. Also be aware! My credit card was skimmed after this purchase in America! Not happy not a secure site! Be very careful!

Zulily customer service telephone number *******615 - apparently is 'out-of-service" i cannot reach them about my orders. There should be a customer service telephone number available for their customers to reach them.

UPDATE: Kept calling the *******615 number. Someone finally answered and stated their systems were down.

I love the variety of products. They have something different every day. The only thing I don't like is that you only have a few days to order. If I don't have the money at that time then it might be a while before it's back on there.

I ordered a ready to ship item because I had ordered before and it took forever to receive it. They said 2 day shipping! Well I ordered on Saturday 9/26 and now its Thursday October 1st and still no shipment. Estimated shipment arrival date is Monday October 5th?

I love Zulily. I probably love it too much. The deals are great. The variety of products are wonderful. My only complaint is the return policy is not always good. It needs to be improved because it's hard to figure out sizes sometimes because they can be irregular.
