Every time I've ordered from this website, everything has come within the time frame it said it would. I think a lot of people complaining did not check the description where it said it would take x number of days before it would ship and then 5-7 days to ship.
Everything was of great quality and authentic. I would recommend shopping with them.
If you don't want to wait for shipping delays, then you can purchase from the ready to ship option.

I've been ordering from Zulily for probably 2 years. It was only 1-2 times that I was not happy, and even then, I just called the company and they either gave me the money back or they sent me another size. I like the quality and the service.

I have purchased twice from Zulily and received terrible quality clothing. First of all, it took a month and a half to get my order (!) so be prepared to WAIT if you are dare to make a purchase... Refunds are only applied to store credit, and you have to pay $8.95 shipping to send anything back. So I tried to spend the store credit and received clothing of terrible quality again, again a month and a half later, only to send it back and be docked another 8.95 for shipping. After three phone calls to Zulily, two folks told me I could get my money back on my credit card and the last one said they all were wrong and I could only get store credit... again. At this point all of my original money will be spent on shipping inferior products back to Zulily. I will never again shop at Zulily and neither will anyone I know.

2 weeks and nothing is even close to shipping yet! There's no such thing as a refund which I wasn't aware before I placed the BIG order. I guess it was my fault. But I will NOT order from them again. And I don't even know what the merchandise is going to be like.

My suggestion is to NOT order clothes and to expect everything to take forever to get to you. Of the 4 items of clothing that I ordered, I was very disappointed in two of them. A top looked like it was sewn by a child. All crooked and off center.
Everything take a very long time to arrive. I purchased one item for a special occasion 2 and a half weeks out, it didn't' get to me in time.

I have been a loyal customer for at least seven years I have found some really unique and beautiful items of quality on the other hand I have received items that were falsely advertised and no return or the return cost is the same as my credit. I have returned items and never credited. I keep shopping because of the beautiful and unique pieces. In the last year the quality has really declined I don't know what happened but there's a big difference in how customers are handled.

The reason zulily gets so many bad reviews is because people don't read or pay attention to why they take so long or can't accept returns. Unlike most stores, zulily does not house the inventory. They take your money within 3-5 days because they have to pay the brands to send everything in bulk and then send it to you. They get a discount for ordering in bulk (like costco) and you are paying the discount price. They don't have warehouses full of things and don't have a place to accept your returns that you didn't like. You have to use size charts, measurements and pay attention as many items come from different countries with different sizing. Anytime you order from overseas it takes longer. Zulily is a great place to shop. They have great products as well as the best customer service. I have orderd numerous items from them and have never had an issue with either product or customer service the few times something didn't fit. You are definitely missing out if you don't check them out.

I believe after placing some orders that I understand how it all works. Companies put their merchandise on Zulily. And then Zulily sells to me. After the sale ends, which can last as long as a month, a bulk order is placed to the company and that is why the prices are cheap and getting the items take so long. I joined Zulily in April and it took awhile to figure it out. I learned to buy from reputable companies. I got a couple of good buys this way. I also have gotten some really poor quality items also. I know my size and have done pretty well but always check the sizing link by the item to find out the individual company's sizing. I did get a pair of pants way too small. Then what do you do? I have a few items that I have just turned around and given to charity. So I look for sales by companies I know the quality of their items, and I have learned to have patience. I think I will stick to sites like Hautelook for quality and the ability to make returns.
Tip for consumers:
Stick to purchasing through sales that are well-known brands. That way you get quality with savings. I have placed orders in the summer for fall items and that worked. Don't buy things without checking each individual company's size chart.

Pure and utter rubbish. They ignore emails, cannot contact via telephone. You are kept waiting for weeks but the money is taken immediately from your card! Dreadful stitching and they use the cheapest material. The outfit looks nothing like the photos, only fit place for their stock is the rubbish bin... DON'T BE CONNED... GO ELSEWHERE. I have given 1 star as I had to. Given the choice I would do MINUS 100 stars!

What is in the picture is not what I received.
It was not a sweater jacket, it was not the color I ordered. It was not the cable knit texture. It did not have same color buttons as product was shown. It was a thin sweater that in no way is a jacket sweater! The product in picture was classy and beautiful. What I received is a poor substitute, very poor!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Zulily. There have been a couple of orders I wasn't happy with, and they were handled very well by them.
An example-had ordered a pair of plaid clogs. They came, but each shoe had the plaid going in a different direction. I emailed them with a picture, and they wrote back that they could see the problem, and I was credited, didn't have to return the shoes (donated them) and they gave me a $10.00 credit.
I am always careful when ordering clothes to check their size chart. It is different for each brand you order. Only have gotten one thing that didn't fit as I thought it would. Gave it to my sister who loved it.

The dress I ordered took while to be delivered. That didn't really matter but the sizing is totally wrong. It is far too tight on the bust and at a guess I would say it is probably around a size 12. I ordered large which I expected to be around a 16. The dress is very poor quality and I will not use the site again. You live and learn!

I actually got exactly what I ordered. I had no problems with any of the items. The shipping time is the only issue, but I can live with that. I have ordered twice and have not been disappointed. I generally don't do returns, I just donate what I don't/can't use. If I ever have an issue though, I will put them on blast, but I'm 2 for 2 so far.

I ordered a dress which did not fit. Called customer service and found out you can not return your order and can't your money back just a store credit. I would not recommend ordering with this company.

I received my first ever Zulily purchase in the mail yesterday and couldn't believe how "junkie" the quality of the dress was. It is practically see-through! I definitely will not be able to wear this out. VERY different from the pictures and now I'm stuck with the item. It took over three weeks for the item to come. I will never be purchasing from Zulily again.

It is absolutely complete outrageous. I ordered boots on 9/17 and they are have not reached me. And oh yes, Customer service does not see anything wrong with that, the opposite! I have not had good luck with clothes. I'm a XL and everything I have bought so far is far from XL. I just received a jogging suit that is a med at best. So disappointed because I liked the design. I'm expecting a coat soon and i'm very worried. I bought 2 pairs of sandals last year that are to big. I don't mind the wait but I would like the size I ordered. Have not had much luck with home goods either. I bought what was supposed to be luxury orthopedic dog bed and it was a as seen on TV dog cushion. I was given a credit for it but that's beside the point. It would be nice to get what you ordered.

My first two orders came in in a timely manner and they looked excitely as it was described on zulily. After that, I was confident to by from them again. My mistake. My next two shirts came in size small(one size smaller than the first top I bought). When the items came in, it didn't look anything like the picture. The fabric is cheap and it has tons of loose stitches. It was sewn oddly like the shoulders. Were too bulky. The size small I bought looked like 2 sizes bigger than the medium size top I first bought. The picture showed a petite sweater and blazer that fit a women's curves. It was just hanging on me... too large, too long, oddly proportioned, and way too cheap of fabric for what I bought it for. I am pissed and won't be buying from them again. I guess when it looks too good to be true, it is.
