For several years I have had nothing but the best of luck with Zulily, my favorite place to shop for myself being a plus size women. I have been the same size for well over 10 years, size 14 pants and a 2 x top. Nothing has change! For the past 3 months of ordering clothes for myself, everything I have received has been to small. The 2x blouses and shirts fit more like a XL. The size 18 dresses I usually order fit more like a size 12. I totally never minded the waiting part to receive my order because I always had such great luck and the quality was amazing. Although I still find the quality to be good, I just can't trust the sizing charts. They definitely have become not trusting. I can't tell you how disappointed I am because I seriously ordered %90 if my clothes from them. I can only come to one conclusion if why the clothes are running small, it must be because of where they are getting there clothes. They most likely will loose me as a a dedicated customer.

Bought Quilts from this site. It looked very pretty online so I bought couple of those quilts. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the quilt. Material was super cheap. Quilt had printed design over it. Even print was very messy... one design printed on top of other. I will never buy anything from this site. Money wasted.It doesn't even look like quilt, it looks like some cheap cloth.

I have ordered from Zuliliy many times. It takes a little while for the items to arrive but when they did arrive they were nicely packaged, as described, and a good deal for the money. I only contacted customer service one time, due a mixed up shipment, but they were friendly, courteous, and quickly resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction

I give Zulily three stars... why 3... love the super deals on High End Name Brands... Sweet... Why not 5 stars... The Shipping and Returns are NightMares on Any Street. The Deal Must Be Super Sweet... Huge Savings before I hit, Purchase! Will Never Ever Buy an Unknown Brand, made this mistake Once... the item was so Cheaply Made that Zuilily Should have Paid me to Purchase it... As Always, Shopper Beware! :D

I love Zulily but the shipping process is just way too long and sizes are smaller than they are, other than that I love them. Their bedsheets are amazing. The prices are great but things don't last long and take forever to come back. I love their bathing suits but they always fit too tight. Overall it's a good place to shop.

I will say it does take forever to get your orders. But the items that have been incorrect the customer service was great. I have always received a full refund. They never have you send back items. If the order is wrong or damaged or just don't like it they give me a refund and I keep the items. GREAT customer service!

Ordered many gifts on "Cyber Monday". Well over a month ago. Still waiting on gifts that had "guaranteed Christmas delivery". Also bought my 1 and 3 yr old matching Christmas PJ's. One came 2 days before and I still haven't received the other. It's now Dec. 28th. Hugs waste of money! Had to run out last minute and get other jammies for some planned pictures... Very disappointed:-(

I've now ordered from them twice. The first time I got 4 dresses at about $10 each. They are super cute and comfortable, good quality, and fit as expected. Just ordered another top. It wasn't quite the color I expected, it's a little smaller than expected, and there's a minor spot I might sew up straight. Both times my order took 2-3 weeks to arrive. Based on all the bad reviews, I'll only purchase stuff from them that is very reasonably priced, that I wouldn't be terribly upset over if its not what I expect. My personal experience has been pleasant surprise though.

First off the item ordered came two weeks post school starting. 2nd by the time we got did not need. OH BTW we do not accept returns! WTH. What company has no return policy. There is no customer service as you did not provide any. DON"T buy electronics too big of a chance to take. Abhor able serivice

Yes, there have been two or three duds when the items did not fit me or were poor quality. I was offered a prompt store credit, no hassle, no delay. I fully understand from item descriptions that shipping may take a while - it's plain to see on the website. My husband loves my cute fashionable Zulily clothes - says the styles and colors are so much prettier than what I can find locally. Last summer I bought a gorgeous royal blue lace dress. Perfect for afternoon formal occasions. It was a tad too big, so I had it altered. And then wore it to a fancy wedding at a Tudor caste in England. Got tons of compliments. The cosmetics events are terrific too - Lancôme, Nars, Chanel - at bargain prices. Just don't expect purchases to arrive by Express Mail. Finally - the kids clothes are superb - my two little grandsons wear Zulily and always look colorful, and beautifully dressed in high fashion duds.

I've had 5 items cancelled in the last month. One was "guaranteed" delivery for Christmas. Email in January stated item wouldn't ship; gave me $10 credit. Gee, thanks. Now just got another email today that four additional items were cancelled because "items unexpectedly became unavailable." WHAT? If you don't have the items, ummmm... how about don't advertise you have them! Novel idea, I know. Shipping takes forever. Sizing of clothing is always wrong. So done with Zulily. Learn from my mistakes -- don't walk away... RUN from this company. I'd rather pay full price and know the item will actually arrive and in a timely fashion.

Tip for consumers:
Don't bother, unless you need a reason to stress yourself out and waste money.

So far I find this site pretty pleasing. The items I've bought are beautiful n we'll worth the money., if u don't mind waiting dat is... Only had 1hing cancelled n still have no idea y, but can't seem to get ahold of anybody on dat issue, but otherwise would recommend

And then of course they start spamming your mail box. So I've had to unsubscribe already. But the women's clothing looked like a lot of gunny sacks in different colors. What's the deal with this site?

Slow delivery service. I ordered a few things last December that were GUARANTEED to be delivered by Christmas, but it was not to be so... hubby had an empty stocking and zulilly offered nothing to compensate.

A lot of the products are low quality, particularly the clothing. Since pretty much everything had a no return policy, you are stuck with it. I have found some really cute things for my daughters, but I am often surprised that they can keep selling such flimsy stuff and stay in business. Most recently a I purchased an adorable pair of palazzo pants to take on a trip. When I went to back them, I realized the black floral pants stretched, so they were see through. They also sort of faded and pilled with one washing.

Also, I often cross reference items on amazon, particularly toys, as they are often cheaper with quicker delivery time on amazon.

I have not ordered yet but I have ordered from other inexpensive Chinese clothing websites. The clothes are not US sizes. XL is XS. From reading the reviews this seems the case. The other sites were Chinese retailers and took a long time to come in. And the smell. Knock you over. You get what you pay for. The reason they don't let you return is because they are not in this country. Glad I read these reviews. Will delete my app.

Well i bought lot of stuffs from zulily. Some of them were bot right size. Chart shows sometimes but in real it's different. Price is way too much. They r just ripping offmoney like crazy. Again no return policyat all. Received a necklace which was broken and they didn't refund me for that. I am gonna quit zulily.and shipping time? Dont ask me they take forever. Takes more than a month. Overall they r fooling ppl.no good

My package took several weeks to reach me. I ordered 2 sets of the Mermaid leggings, two different colors and 2 different sizes. They got the sizes right (although they do run a bit small, so order up), but neither of the leggings were the colors ordered.
I'll still wear them, but a little disappointed I didn't get the colors I wanted.

The actual rating is O stars. In August, I ordered 7 pair of matching pi's as gift for 7 grandkids for Thanksgiving. We are only together every other year. One pair did not arrive and was cancelled today, Oct 25,2015. The pajamas were in stock when ordered but Zulily shipped my order to somebody else... Unbelievably poor business practices!

What online merchant doesn't except returns? I will never buy from these scammers again. So not worth it. The merchandise is cheap because it's defective. I wouldn't pair of shorts for my son and they're l so long they look like gauchos. They really need to be more forthcoming about their no returns policy. Don't be fooled! Just stick with Amazon!

I have been shopping with Zulily for some time now. I love the variety of the products and have purchased some unique products not found readily in other places. I love the fact that I am able to purchase gifts for friends and family My only disappointment is with the clothing produced overseas and the time needed to ship. It can take a month sometimes which is really not acceptable, I would purchase more if the arrival was more expeditious.
Keep up the variety and uniqueness of products. I am not a mall store shopper and prefer the more boutique aspect of my purchases/

Zulilly offers loads of merchandise, wide variety of stuff BUT I hate the shipping charges. A few times, I ordered merchandise but was told weeks later, item could not be shipped and order cancelled. Twice this has happened to me. Very Disappointed! I was expecting a lovely Lenox tablecloth which never materialized. Also, there are hardly any reviews and product information is most times inaccurate, such as dimensions, and photos are one sided view. Never enough pics of merchandise. And it takes too long for shipments. Plus I am finally realizing the prices are more than if I were to buy from another store or site. I have purchased many items from Zulilly and happy with my purchases. Only a few times I've returned due to wrong size sent. Many of my purchases are in my opinion, high end products, but realizing now, I can get the same items cheaper elsewhere.

I love shopping on Zulily! Everything I've gotten has been good quality and true to the descriptions and pictures. Their size charts have been accurate and helped me get the right size from many different brands. I have found many cool things for myself and gifts. I enjoy shopping on Zulily a lot and recommend it.

I mostly love the Zu. It's definitely buyer beware, must read the descriptions, fabric content, etc. I think your marketing and website designers are genius. Zulily customer service is excellent. The biggest complaint I have is the shipping. I've had purchases get canceled because after weeks of waiting the product became unavailable (how does that happen?), and even more frustrating is the handoff from UPS to the US Postal Service. I can watch my purchase sit at the PO distribution center and then take 2 days or more to make a 30 minute drive to our local PO, sits for another day, and I finally get it... MAYBE. Please, please make other shipping arrangements.
I'd love to see Zulily comp people who leave reviews, or offer prizes or something to motivate more reviews being written.

Zulily offers a wide variety of products from makeup, perfume, jewelry, shoes, clothing, all kinds of home products, holiday products, toys and I am sure I am missing some things. I would say 98% of their products are a great quality. If you ever do have an issue they have the best customer service of any retailer I have ever dealt with. I have been a customer for many years and I HIGHLY recommend them.

Zulily has a great variety of products for any purpose. Home, kids, myself, etc... You can choose things that are ready to ship or wait for your purchases to arrive. A lot of products are shipped from overseas so allow extra time for your purchases to arrive. Shipping costs are a problem... why can't it be free. IDK. Returns are easy but you must pay a ship price of $8.95 just to ship a return. Not too excited with that.
