I have made about 50 orders with zulily. On only one occasion did I get the wrong item and they promptly refunded my money for it. You get great, great deals on designer items. Just yesterday I spent $60 dollars for a $300 watch. I am very pleased with zulily. It is not a scam and everything that I receive is FABULOUS. It is worth the wait for the items because you just can't get beat the prices for the current season designer items.

I do not understand the awful reviews honestly as my experiences have been incredible. I have spent an obscene amount of money on Zulily lol! Yes, there have been mistakes along the way, but rather than blast them, I contact customer service and they always always take care of it! I take a photo, state the problem, and am refunded AND given a store credit no questions asked. I have gotten beautiful shoes and high quality clothing at amazing prices. I looooove the leggings! Unique and gorgeous, light material. So, I seriously don't understand these bad reviews. Yes, some items do take a very long time to ship but oh well. I can't get these things in Canada otherwise. Zulily is top notch and I couldn't be happier with them. Customer for life!

Shoppers, beware! Zulily does not give refunds on returns, only store credits. In the all-too-common realm of alternative facts, they insist on calling a store credit a 'refund'. Zulily, a credit is not a refund, no matter how often or assertively you say it. You will also get shortchanged on a return when they charge you $8.95 for the package label. My return weighed a few ounces, which would cost less than half of that if I putt my own label on it and take it to the post office! MUCH cheaper! So it appears the vaunted Zulily is just like a bank, - they accept your money, keep it and make interest on it until whenever you order again, (remember you MUST order again) and lay on fees, in this case, in the forms of mailing charges.

Was so excited when I placed my order for what looked like beautiful summer shirts. Sooo disappointed when they FINALLY arrived after almost a month. They have no problem taking your $ up front only to find it was made in India and it's crap. Strings hanging out of the sequins and afraid to pull them off cuz if I do, the whole shirt may fall apart. Instructions say to machine wash... WHAT? So misleading. Shirts are way off from what I received. Would never order from this company again. This stuff looks like what you could get at a flea market from a vendor.

Slow delivery (has been much longer than the 10days/2 weeks stated)
Read their returns policy carefully before ordering! - returns at own cost, many items are excluded from returns if packaging has been opened e.g. swimwear, hoisery(contravenes web trading standards where there is a 7 day right to cancel?)
I found that sizing of some items is way off, hence being sold at such great prices, but this is not a bargain if you have to pay £4 for delivery and pay again to return it.

I can live with the long wait and even the shipping costs, but obviously zulily does not have the actually product before they put in on their site. I ordered 2 compartment storage containers (as pictured) received single, twice. This time I ordered "100% cotton damsak striped sheets", got sateen. (I HATE HATE HATE sateen sheets). The word sateen was no where to be found on the product description so I called. Customer service, at least for me, has been wonderful. I received a store credit (I opened one set) and a full refund for the the other. They didn't want them back, so the local homeless shelter now has two brand new sets of sateen sheets. I know better then to order clothes or shoes on line, especially from a site that does not offer (free) returns.

Ordered a Pink dress, described as pink looked pink. When it came it was orange colour Paid almost 60.00$ with tax and postage, told to return it, dont return it, return it, Cost 14.40$ to return the cheap nasty thing. Out ofpocket $20.00 or more. Bang your head against the wall for an hour is easier

The fabric you use in your tunics is crappy polyester and very low quality, like old school pajamas only uglier and you invade my space. Please leave me alone. You sell clothes that aren't even made yet! Shipping takes forever. You post these outrageous prices and then sell them for 29.00 which is still too much! Go away or kick up your game.

This is my first order and my last! I ordered 3 items on Aug 8th, which took almost a month to recieve two of them, and one is still MIA! No email explanation as to why! (I. E. it's back ordered.) The two that finally showed up are not anything special and I overpaid per quality I received! I contacted customer service and they said, "items are shipped from warehouses all over the country so, they can't control timing / shipping / etc." Really?! I've been an online shopper for years and have never in my life experienced items
Not being delivered in a timely (even in a 3 week period) manner of just not delivered period!
Sorry Zulily, you just lost another customer!

Do not shop here! Loads of other websites offering better values (like free shipping!) and you'll definitely recieve your items well before the New Year!

Where I live I depend on shopping on line and the website is attractive. I have bought many times over the years and called and complained at least half the time. Many times the pictures and descriptions are deceiving. I recently bought a much needed set of garden tools that didn't come right away and when they arrived they were a size scale for a two year old. Very dissatisfied. They are useless to me.
I bought a tiara and it arrived with stones missing and it weighed much to much for anyone to use, play with etc. no mention of that in description. It matters to be accurate And be honest with description and quality. Many things come weeks after the order and then when they arrive it's pick up the phone again. Call and complain. Either they offer refund, store credit or return. It seems a problem for zulily and me.
On the other hand some things are good quality and are as described. You asked and now I've told you. Take it or leave it!

The website has SO many options it can get a little overwhelming. However, I found my niche, ordered and patiently waited. My orders came in separately (probably because they were from different makers...?). I LOVEEDDDDD my clothes. Only one order fit a bit tight around my chest area which doesn't usually happen to me. BUT overall the clothes were awesome and people loved them. I was satisfied. Prices aren't bad when you look in the right places.

Hone in on "your look" so that you can pinpoint the categories you want to look in.

I love shopping at Zulily, however there have been some missteps. I can never get the size right when ordering clothing. Which wouldn't be so bad except that some items can't be returned. Many times I am reluctant to order certain things for fear that it won't fit. That being said, customer service is excellent! If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item or if the item is defective or not as described, they do make exceptions to the no returns rule. Shipping does take a long time. I am very satisfied and look forward to browsing their site every day. I now know based on my experience with them what to look for and what not to order.

My wife bought 2 Adirondack chairs. Got them a few days after ordering so that was great. When I tried to put them together I figured out why they were discounted (though still $100 each)! One of the boards was cut wrong in production, it was too long so the chair couldn't even be assembled. Easy enough to fix with a saw. But now after 3 weeks humidity is making all the paint peel revealing another color underneath. Now on top it just broke when one of the main screws broke through the wood.
Have had other good experiences but they havent responded in over a week to the complaints and $200 wasted on junk unacceptable.

Buyer beware! I made the mistake of ordering from Zulily before I read all the complaints about service and quality. Ordered a pair of shoes, wondering where they were after five days, then realized it takes over a month to get an order. I called to cancel as it had not been shipped to me yet and a very nice woman said she would give me the full refund including shipping. I received my refund MINUS $5.95 shipping. Zulilly orders from another company and then reships the item which causes delays. Also, be sure to read product reviews from other sources. I found the item on sale for less money on Amazon.
Tip for consumers:
Do not order from Zulily. There are no NO BARGAINS here.

If it seems to be too good to be true; it usually is. No returns. Duh! Wow. Just. Wow. My three year old daughter loves receiving packages. Not today. My husband and I had to explain to her that the clothes were unwearable. Did they go through a shredder? I'm serious. They 100% misrepresented the clothing on their site. The quality is lower much lower than expected. Zulily's a complete waste of time and money. I have one more order on the way. I'll absolutely report back in a month or two. Trust the reviews. Don't disappoint yourself or a loved one. Sad.

Oh how I only wish I would have read these reviews before placing 5 orders! Keep away! They sure got the Zoo right in the name zulily! I am hugely disappointed! One of orders had a statement necklace... It came BROKEN! I hadn't seen the section saying all sales final no returns until after I ordered... They CLAIM to offer deep discounts... Well the clothing that came looked like it was from a dollar store! Very very poor quality... Made of the cheapest thinnest material! And as far as the sizing charts... I did follow that and one of the items that was a 1x was about a size 8!... I cannot stress this enough! STAY AWAY! You will be hugely disappointed if you order.

My family loves Zulily. Yes, it can take awhile for orders to arrive, but they're pretty candid about that - they don't warehouse the items they sell, so they have to get them from the vendor before they ship them to you. We've gotten a couple of not-so-quality items (a couple of clothing pieces that we *never* would have purchased had we seen them in-person first), but we've also gotten some great deals on some high-quality merchandise. Were huge fans of The Honest Company and Moleskine, both of which recently had GREAT sales through Zulily. And we've had nothing but great experiences with Customer Service the couple of times we've had issues.

This is the worst online store. Received an item 4 weeks after ordering crammed into a very small bag (probably to save on postage). I ordered a large... and it wouldn't fit a large child. When I sent them an email about returning they replied with ridiculous requests to take pictures of the tags (of which their were NO size tags) and the UPC code. When I replied to them my camera was broken I did not receive any reply. Their 7 day time window is almost up;... luckily I paid via PayPal and now have a pending complaint. Good luck! Please don't spend your money on this site. I am regretting everything I purchased. The quality of fabric is horrible. Even if it fit, I couldn't wear it. The sizing is way off. I ordered a size 12 month onsie for my granddaughter who is four months old. It was cotton, so I ordered it large to account for shrinkage. So much for that idea. It's already too small before laundering it! And my gray print dress--it came as Dollie and Me Matching Outfit size 6 in children's. It was supposed to be shipped to Mary and Michigan--just a few states away. These guys are incompetent and have inferior products.

Beware if you are going to buy other products from them, specifically adult clothing, shoes and jewelry of unknown brands. Poorest quality, cheap fabric, wrong size chart, a month shipping time, misleading strike thru price. Brand named products are fine except for Swarovski jewelry, product name said Swarovski xxx bracelet with $100+ or $200+ strike thru price, ended up its a Swarovski element poorest quality junk jewelry shipped from china a month later. Don't worth $5!
Though customer service are helpful if you email or call them. They would refund you or accept return for high value items, you still need to pay for shipping both way though even though they misled you to make the purchase or screw up the size chart themselves.
I would buy from them for any baby products, brand names you already know the quality like Uggs, Oilily, Lasportsac, boxed grocery, etc

Even though customer service has explained that, it's not Zulilly's fault when orders are not fulfilled by vendors. It is a great inconvenience to the consumer. I had a horrible experice ordering Nike products. Everything I ordered as gifts in a timely basis were cancelled. I would never order Nike again with Zulilly.

I wish I would have checked out the reviews and their facebook page BEFORE ordering - No refunds - endless waiting - bad customer service they have it all!
I was shocked to find out they even have complaints against them with the BBB - what kind of place is this?
The shipping is outrageous where is the real discount? Some of the items are available on other websites at lower prices. I feel like I have been scammed. Its also very difficult to cancel getting their emails.

Be aware of how Zulily works before buying. Yes, the merchandise is cheaper. Bought 2 blouses, not sure if I would say they were worth the money or the wait to recieve them. I'm still waiting to recieve a dress I purchased almost a month ago. It is a fun and addictive site to browse, but recieving your merchandise is a whole other story. If you are extremely patient, and don't need what you purchased in a timely fashion, then you're ok. Everything arrives piece meal, one item at a time even if purchased on the same order.

Extremely dissapointing to see my order shipped from China. If I wanted that sort of cheap product I would have ordered from one of those known websites that are nothing but Chinese junk. And since I can't return there is a good chance the top will be too small & I will be giving it to my niece... for her doll. Update: I thought I had given 1 star but showed as 2. Changing back to 1. Took months to get tops, they were cheap material and just as I suspected, too small. Gave to a friend who wears small, she didn't want them, material was too chafey feeling. She wears a small & the XL a bit tight. Donated to resale shop with tags still attached.
