The items they list only are available for a few days at good prices. The problem is that you place your order under fear of them running out of the number of that item available, yet your order takes usually at least 3 weeks to arrive. The shipping charges, even for very small items like hair bows, or tights is still at least $8. I ordered a cute dress on the 28th of December. I still have not received it as of today (January 20th) but they already charged my pay pal account. As much as I love their stuff, I rarely buy things, because they do not allow for returns, and their shipping practices are terrible.

Ordered boots on November 24, I assumed if I ordered then I would receive my item way before Christmas. It's now December 29 and I received £u€k all from them. However I can view my order thanks to the $#*!ty "tracking #" they gave me! My damn item has been sitting in Detroit for over a week! Seriously! I would never shop here again. My (2week) EBay orders are faster than these jerks and the Shipping is free and my orders come from China! I hate Zulliy worst site ever! And give me my $140 boots dammit!

I wished I had checked these reviews before I ordered. They seemed to have unusual and funky gifts. There were numerous popups on my screen that led me to actually view their sight. I placed an order for 6 items well before Christmas (I think it was December 13). After the order processed on screen a note "About Zulily" appears. It states they have no stock, rather items are shipped from vendors to them for inspection and reshipping to the customer. I thought I was cutting out the middleman by ordering on line. If I had known this I would not have purchased. While all items showed initially on stock, this method of fulfillment placed all my items to be received in the new year. Not again. I'm sure returning anything would have been a nightmare.

Tip for consumers:
Know up front they have no inventory but are just the middlemen. Merchandise sent to them by vendors and inspected and reshipped to customers. Both delays receipt.

Items are cheap China made products and you don't receive the item pictured. The Item you receive looks the China seamstresses try to duplicate a clothing item from a picture but don't quite get it right. They have a restocking fee of $9. If you got the item on sale it is not worth sending back. I have deleted the zulily app from my phone and will NEVER order from them again.

Ordered 2 Life is Good tee shirts. They came wedded up in balls like they had been at the bottom of the dirty clothes hamper for a month. Also ordered a Laura Gellar makeup bag but it came with no bag. Items are old. No lipstick in tube and eyeshadow look used. No more orders from Zulilly. Shipment was 3 1/2 weeks

Horrible. I purchased 3 items before with no problem other than a semi-long wait to actually get the items. The last item I purchased was over 2 months ago and I barely got an email this week telling me that my order had been canceled and that they're sorry so they credited my account $10 for the inconvienence. I still have not received my refund. The item was over $50 so $10 credit is nothing compared to the actual total price. I'm complaining their ear off. Terrible, terrible service. Please do not buy anything from this company.

Zulily has great products and pricing. Have ordered several items from them. The only issue we have is when items don't match the size chart and don't fit it costs to much to return them. We have 2 items now that were both smaller than the size chart said they were. Other than that we will continue to order from Zulily because we like their products and prices.

Not every deal is a great deal. You gotta do your research before you purchase. I've seen things for the same price or cheaper. But sometimes you can get a great deal. However you usually also wait a long time for delivery so maybe that's worth paying more for you. Again do your research. However, I have found the customer service to be great and some of the deals to be worth the wait.

NEVER AGAIN! Please beware. If you order anything from Zulily, don't expect to receive it any time soon. CS says it takes 2-3 weeks to get the order ready and then another 7-10 days to get it shipped. I should have known better before I ordered a Christmas present which I'll obviously not receive until Mid January 2015.

Annoying. I waited over FIVE weeks for my order, which I find is deceptive. I've purchased from many other daily deals sites and get my items right away. The prices aren't even all that cheap also.

I wouldn't buy from them again. Save yourself the headache.

Horrible! I ordered 2 products on the 14th of Dec. Received one clothing item on Jan 2, and still haven't received the other. NEVER AGAIN will I use them! They act like it's no big deal it takes so long to receive the item you were told would make it before Christmas! Terrible customer service. Very disappointed! NEG

I'm addicted to this shop and a frequent shopper. I stick with the name brands because of quality and fit. When I've ventured outside of my comfort zone, I wasn't so lucky with quality or fit. Their customer service is wonderful but it is costly to make a return in terms of shipping.

If I could give negative stars I would! I have yet to get an iemail dress that actually ships on a normal shipping basis! Then they only ship part of the order and say there rest will ship later! When? If it is for a gift, you're screwed. If you call they say we cancel but the other part of the order is shipped out and you will have to pay to ship that back (which is understandable if you didn't like what you got, not only partial). Go to Amazon and save yourself the headache, waiting, and cost of shipping back.

When zulily first started, you could get some different items that you wouldn't normally see elsewhere. Now it's all the same stuff that you see everywhere. Prices aren't always the best. Shop around. Items can show up 2-3 times in a category falsely inflating the number of items for sale. Annoying to scan through to see the same thing 2 or 3 times. The shipping wait is also a huge downside. I will only order things that I don't want in less than a month. Most stores, even slow as a dog Kohl's will get you your order in 7-10 days. Lag time is a huge reason why I don't buy more from Zulily.

I have tried to do business with Zulily for 5 or 6 years now but After this last transaction i am walking away. Ordered a suit for $80. Delayed shipping finally received a month later. The strangest fitting, to snug in forearms? Weird. Sent the whoe suit back. But didnt get my money back. Received an email from Zulily. $56 STORE credit, like i wanted anything else from their store. Over the years the sizing is always up in the air, the quality for the most part sucks, the time it takes to actually receive a package is 2 weeks at the fastest. Overall i have certainly lost. For the time and amount of money spent i have nothing.

I appreciate that Zulily offers a wide variety of things. I often find things to buy that I never knew I needed or wanted. Sometimes the clothing selection is frustrating though. The descriptions are not accurate. The sizing tends to be VERY weird. And the plus size options are limited. Returns/refunds are complicated and difficult. If the descriptions and reviews were more accurate and clear, there wouldn't be as much of a need for returns.

I love Zulily. I shop a lot on your site. The only reason I didn't give you a 5 star is I order a lot of jewerly. I don't like the way it's packaged and I've thrown away a couple of pieces that must have been in the bottom of the box. Please consider putting jewerly in an envelope or some way it can be more visual. Thank you.

I wish I had read these reviews- I made several purchases in one weekend, to take advantage of free shipping, I am still waiting for items ordered10/4! One item is a completely different color with fringe that is bright cobalt blue and not something I would ever wear. A black jacket was covered in sequins- not mentioned anywhere in the description- and you can't return items. Quality and sizing are inconsistent. I will not be ordering from zullily again.

Be sure you know your labels. I ordered from MishMish - Mish Boys through Zulily. The quality is AWFUL. I truly overpaid for outfits that I can't even give to the thrift store. Cheap cheap cheap. As with other reviewers shipping was very slow. A real disappointment. And no returns/refunds.! Awful!

I had never ordered from Zulily, I ordered product on Jan 11th only to find they are not even shipping my order until Jan 24th. After that a 5-7 day delivery date. When I called them they said this was standard policy, I should have read the web site better.

I have purchased from Zulily for years and have had no issues. There are plentiful choices regarding company's and their products. They have had a size chart for anything that I have purchased. Everything that I have purchased has been of good quality. I have purchased clothes, toys, memorabilia and accessories.
I like that they give you the choice to hold items until all are ready to ship, therefore; there is only one shipping charge at a lower rate.
I like that they give you your daily overview of what is on sale. I can view at a glance to see if there is an items or brand that interest me.
I have needed to call a few times because I have clicked the wrong button when ordering and their customer service is beyond today's standards. I actually talked with a person (a real live person) every time and that person was polite and helpful.
Thank you for the excellent site and service.

Tip for consumers:
They hold items until all are ready unless you upgrade your shipping.

This is the worst source for clothing? Very very cheap materials and terrible construction. In fact they sell items sewn partially inside out and upside down! It was hair raising trying to figure it out. I sew and couldn't believe it.

I haven't ordered more see-thru clothes since my previous review. I've liked most items that have since been ordered. The ones that didn't fit, I sent back for store credit.
Zulily has unique and good items for low prices and I want to change my review to 5 stars.

It's A Mixed Bag

I have had good and bad experiences with Zulily.

Bad:

1) Many of the clothes I ordered were NOT listed as see-through on the website and did not appear to be see-through from the pictures, but they are see-through. I am unsure what to wear under all of my see-through tops and dresses that I now own. To reiterate: this has been a common occurrence.

2) One of my items that I ordered (let's say, out of 20 items) never arrived. Instead of giving me a full refund (~$40 I think), I was only given a $10 store credit.

Good:

1) Many of the clothes I ordered are very unique and pretty

2) All of the clothes I ordered seem to be much cheaper than elsewhere and so even though I lost money on see-through items and one item that did not arrive, I still feel like, overall, I made some good purchases.

However, as you can see, Zulily is inconsistent and unreliable (and possibly dishonest for omitting information). So, I wouldn't really say it's a good business.

Take your chances.

Have ordered several items in the past. Very pleased with beach tote bags but clothes are different. Shirts and tops not true to size and cheaply made from terrible fabric. Mmost recently life is good shirts are obviously knock offs. Cheap thin fabric and very fake tiny lig tag. Beware.

You can find good deals on this site. Like one reviewer said you have to be able to spot quality. Most of the plus size clothes I think are poor quality. The children's clothes are great quality. I always price match before I buy an item from this site.
