When I first started ordering with Zulily, approximately 6 years ago, the quality and shipping of items was great. Now, I can't even get an order shipped to me- they have canceled so many of my orders after weeks/months of waiting. The quality items are canceled but the cheap looking items are shipped and I have had to return. Unfortunately, ordering from Zulily has become a problem and is not worth the headaches!

Why so many bad reviews? I have had nothing but great service from Zulily. For
Example. I ordered a baby outfit in size 0-3 months but was sent a 12 month size.
Zulily credited my credit card for the amount and gave me a 10.00 credit. Also told me to keep the 12 month outfit. All the clothes I ordered, and I have been using Zulily for 3 years have been high quality. I will always recommend this site to my friends.The site explains their shipping process and lets you know that you will not have quick shipping,

Zulilly draws you in with good prices, then when you go to order they say no returns. This should have been my first clue. No I put in an order for four tops, after the order is submitted I find out the items won't be shipped for over 30 days and there is no way to cancel. When the items arrive, they are very poor quality and only remotely look like the pictures on line. Once every few years I do something stupid, this one will last awhile. I will drop this junk at the Goodill and write it off my taxes.

I shop Zulily multiple times per day. I'm addicted! They major drawback is that it takes a long time to receive your order. I understand that this is due to Zulily purchasing in large bundles to keep the price down. However, often you forget what was you ordered due to the legnthy time span from actual purchase to shipping to receiving. Most of the time, it worth the wait.

I had to sign up to view. What a waste of time, I unsubscribed within the week. The womens clothes look like rejects from the 80's. The shoes were just as ugly and out of style as the clothes. Glad I didn't waste my money on any of their products. And the ads for website are literally everywhere even before I checked it out. Talk about overkill.

In my expeirence I found the items to be of poor quality, not as advertised, not properly sized and the customer service rep to be unprofessional and rude. I will never, EVER waste my time with this online company again. And my account information was lost, information about another customer was given out to me, and I could clearly hear the "party" other people in the background socializing talking about their facebook pages.

I have ordered many things from Zulily and for quite some time. I love the broad range of items and have NEVER had a quality issue. Completely addicting and dangerous but I love it. In today's age where things are instant (i. E. Amazon) Zulily does take a little longer but still well worth the regular sized wait.

Followed this website for months, until i made the worse decision of trusting them. I bought about $200 dlls of diferent items for me and my family. Well where do I start. Stuff looks very differently and quality of products is extremely cheap. I probably could have found something worth more at the $0.99 cents store. What made me really mad is a pair of shoes i bought for my son. They are made of plastic, the insides are coming apart and to top it off there is glue everywhere. Worse quality ever this pair will not last 3 days. If you want something worth your money, invest a couple dolars more. Do not buy here is not worth the wait (which is from 6 weeks or more).

Your automatic system is maddening! It is unusable the computer doesn't stop talking long enough for an answer, no touch tone response, completely crazy! Besides the fact that zulily does not honor their agreement. It cost me more money to purchase from zulily with their stupid return policy and I returned the item because I was pissed that my credit card agreement wasn't honored. Ending up paying return postage for something I don't have. Your quality is sub par at best. Your customer service chews on carrots when they are supposed to help. I will never buy from or give a recommendation to your company. I need to go wash my hands I feel dirty when I have to deal with you. I just received a jacket that I stupidly bothered to use a store credit on and it. It smells like petroleum and feels like burlap. If there is a bad review believe it run don't waste your time or money you would be better off on wish and that's bad! Don't deserve any stars!

They promise me. Refund my money and postal money. Only what I paid was return and as credit not my money like was promised to.me. And yes they take. Months to ship your order horrible.not buying from there anymore.

I have ordered several times from Zuliy, probably because I like wasting money. Now, I've seen these same items in a store, but for some reason when you purchase from Zulily they have produced a cheaper and crappier version of the same item you can buy mainstream. They use a cheaper fabric, the sizes are off, the stitching comes out... its bad. And for the price its even worse. They are cleaning up on this website by showing you an item properly made, that is not what they are going to send you. Even the baby stuff. Oh, and it takes FOREVER to get it.

Tip for consumers:
Its not quality, so somewhere else.

I love being able to buy and have a card that allows three payments for an item. Great products. Loved the groceries on Boxed! Great sales and prices too on everything you can imagine. Like I said, it is too good to be true, but Ive never had an issue with Zulilly. Thanks Zullity for your imagination and starting this fine product sales concept.

I shop daily for all the new items it's like a treasure hunt. I've bought over 100 items and it's just like a giant clearing house. The food has been fresh and the clothes are great at discount prices.

I purchased 3 items. I received the bathroom rugs in great time. I still have not received my other two items. It makes a great experience when ordering into a bad experience waiting for it to arrive. It turns me from a happy buyer to a frustrated tired or waiting buyer. Sorry but that is how a I feel.

I think my title says it all, I have made 5 orders and only received 2 of them. I don't even know if they ever shipped my stuff but I never received it. The first time they refunded me and gave me $10 store credit, but now they're giving me the run around and I don't expect anything from them and also will not ever order from them again or recommend them to anyone.

So, first time I used Zulily it was because I was hunting all over the internet for lamps for my bedroom. Found them... and they came totally smashed. These were the last lamps but... Zulily Customer Service handled the "experience" within 24hrs and, although I didn't get my lamps, I was "sold" on Zulily and happy with my experience. Fast forward... the merchandise seems to be like seconds, prices are not really the best and the website seems to have glitches from time to time. Things seemed to change around the time the company was sold tO QVC. SO, I'm probably going to put my "visits" on hold for awhile and find another online story to shop. I used to suggest Zulily to everyone as a place to shop... not anymore. I really do hope someone tries to bring back the old Zulily.

I have enjoyed using Zulily to find some great bargains on brands that I like, plus I have discovered some new brands. I know the quality of the merchandise is going to be good and the price, in most instances, is really good. I have taken a few things out of my cart when I compared prices and found that I could get the same thing for the same price through Amazon and have it in a day. That's my only complaint. At times, it's just not worth the wait for a dollar or two. However, if the price is really discounted or I don't care when I get the item, I use Zulily. I appreciate the day before notifications.

I like only some of there item's, it depends what brand's they are. Small item's cut very small or to large, or don't expected the color. So I chance it but we have to still pay for the shipping cost. That's what I don't like. But the good thing is they do credit you back your money. That's Good.

Shipping - shipping - shipping... way too long to get my order. More than 5 weeks to receive a dress for my daughter. On the upside, I had forgotten I ordered it, so when it arrived it was a nice surprise. Nice product, but the money saved was not worth the wait endured.

I have bought a lot of clothing from zulily. The stuff that fits I love. However, they say they want you to be thrilled with your order but you cannot return stuff. How does that work. I have 4 items in my closet that I love but that are too small

Placed 2 orders. 1st order arrived & was so cheap & low end that I threw them away. (2 PRS. Boots for grandkids). I was worried about 2nd order! It took 1 month to get it, ladies wrap, 2 bracelets & 1 ring. Absolutely horrible! The ring looks like one that comes out if a. 25 cent machine. I'm not kidding! It's silver with a black stone. The metal easily bends and the silver scratches off! It is clearly marked "made in China". The bracelets appear to be for a child. I can't get them around my small 6" wrist! The ladies wrap, they call a duster, us so flimsy and cheap there is no way I will wear it. REMEMBER... no returns. They have this policy for a reason... they don't want this junk back!

The only good this this co. Has going for them are the nice people working the customer service. I ordered Oct 9th with an expected ship date of 10-12 business days. I ordered 2 sets of boots for a special event. I had one item that no one could find ( Fedex nor Zulily) and the other was canceled without notification to me by email. I am done. I did ask for a full refund and was granted my request. I told 3 to 5 business days. Let's see how this plays out.

Used to love Zulily, the last few months the service has been terrible. The turnaround time has always been slow, but customer service representatives were excellent. I would not advise anyone to shop at Zulily now, constantly receiving the wrong orders, orders partially completed, phones at Zulily not being answered, email correspondence not relevant to the complaint...

This is exciting place to purchase various item, you don't know what they will have from week to week. But it is always something good. Their products are very nicely made. I have been well pleased with everything I have received. Can't wait to see what they will have next week.

Wish I would have read these reviews prior to ordering. Very similar experience for me as all of the others on this site. The amount of time between when you order and receive your items is INSANE. I have placed 3 orders with them, all orders took forever for me to receive. I could have ordered from another website and maybe paid al ittle more but had my items in time. Easter gift wasnt even here for easter. Ordered a wedding gift a month prior to wedding, wasnt here on time. Ordered myself shoes for a vacation, ordered a month ago and leave next week and shoes are still not here. Not worth it, don't order from this site if the items you are ordering you need before 30 days.
