I have been a loyal zulily customer from the beginning but the quality of the goods and the customer service have gone down as zulily grew. The odds are no longer in the customer's favor. You have to understand the company model. They work with companies to sell odd lots etc. They are not a warehouse. They advertise the stuff, take orders, and then the items are sent to customers. And now it takes a really, really long time to get your items. Sometimes a month. Better to buy local. And sometimes when the goods get to the customer, they are of poor quality. Zulily doesn't care, there will always be another customer. Read the reviews here and on their FB page and beware.

Out of the 14 orders I have placed in the last 15 months, 8 have been canceled due to the company they are working with not having enough to full fill orders, 4 have been shipped out more than 2 full weeks late and 1 order - yes one order arrived on time and it has to be the cheapest, thinnest shirt I have ever had.
By the time you pay shipping, wait for your item to arrive, find out that you like it you will have spent more just going to the store purchasing exactly what you wanted, have it in hand and not have to donate a bunch of crap to goodwill because you can't return it.

So, I ordered 6 dresses & 1 pair of shoes... 1st time customer. 3 weeks later I received the shoes & 2 of the dresses (the more "expensive" ones). The shoes were fine, as I have owned that brand before, HOWEVER... the dresses were paper thin, cheap quality, and smaller than the average "small". I have swimsuit cover-ups that are better quality than these 2 dresses. I would NEVER wear this poor quality to the beach or pool, much less to work or out to dinner. Pathetic, I would rather wear a disposable paper gown from the doctor's office over these poorly made items, at least it's free & the material is about the same!

Terrible. We ordered on November 20th of this year with guaranteed Christmas delivery. The item still hasn't made it from the supplier to Zuilily. We have not been offered anything to compensate for the guarantee not being met, our one year old nephew doesn't have a Christmas gift and he's located out of state so now we have to fix that, and they don't contact you to tell you any details. You have to contact them. We were told many times over the last month that it was "on its way" and encouraged not to cancel. "Just give us a few more days." Never order from this site.
Tip for consumers:
Don't order from them. We still don't know when/if our item will ever ship. A month later!

Poorly made Chinese products sold under a deliberately vague refund policy that effectively makes 90% of their products non refundable. Customer service is non existent, company is a scam, do not do business with this company.

Ok so maybe that isnt the complete truth, but I found out the hard way that there are only select items that you can return. WTH if I had known that I wouldnt have bought shoes from an online source! Of course customer service wont reply either. Never again!

I love zulily! I have never had a problem ever! I have spent quite a lot of money on their site and never had an issue ever! I mostly get dog stuff because dogs are my profession... but I got stuff from Rising International, tea, tumblers, etc. and all of them are better than I expected! I honestly like the fact it takes so long to get my stuff because I never really track it so its like surprise every time a package comes. My last order came in 3 separate package on two different days. I think it is so exciting to open multiple packages! I have never had a bad experience so far!

All in all I have been very satisfied with the variety of shops I can access at Zulily. There have been occasions where I found certain stores wanting in quality but I simply don't purchase any further items from them. The service I have received in checking or returning items has been exemplary.

I ordered two tops from them. One was completely different and was something I would never have ordered. The other I never received at all. I didn't want to give any stars but I had to give one in order to post a review. I don't know how they are still in business.

I have been a customer of Zulily for a very long time, before any of my friends knew about it. I have gotten some wonderful deals. I do not like the shipping costs, and have had some purchases that did not come as expected. I have always had wonderful help with customer support.

Have to agree with everyone's negative review here. Great bargins but at a risky price. Order two boots size 13... received a 12 (yup they didn't fit). Then ordered another pair for daughter #2 size 10... got two left boots but they were a size 10.
You can tell they are getting the bottom of the barrel in their selection.
Also it took me over 6 weeks to get our summer items something to remember if you are ordering for the current season.
Also recieved two cheesy girl dresses that I didn't order that they tried to pawn off as the dresses that I did ordered.
Not getting anywhere with customer service and my girl friend actually knows the owner of the company :(

I'm a loyal customer and have recommended it to all my friends. I check the website daily and love the diversity if their merchandise.
I recently ordered a jumpsuit using their measurement chart. When I received it and tried it on; it was huge on me. I called customer service twice, their system was down and when I finally spoke to a customer service agent and manager, they let me know that I would have to pay $10 to return the item. They stated that the measurement chart is not always accurate and only a suggestion and that their new policy doesn't take that into account. I was surprised and dismayed regarding the fact that their measurement chart is simply a suggestion and their unapologetic and uncaring way of addressing the dilemma. I won't be purchasing items from this website and suggest you take this review into consideration when making a purchase with Zulily.

They have some adorable items but nothing fits right. This stuff must come from China or overseas where sizing is different. I bought a lace shirt and some capris and I swear never again! Neither fits and neither can be returned. Save yourself some money and aggravation and shop elsewhere!

I like what Zulily sells and prices are mostly good... However I think they cannot keep up with their own sales! I sent a dress to my granddaughter and although it said dress on the package, it wasn't the same colour and it was a onesie! Zulily cannot get this item now so supposedly I will get a refund... Two other items sent together appear no where in tracking, as if they just disappeared somewhere between Zulily and usps... although Anita at the 877 number will trace it we hope, I bet it won't be found! I hear that with many many people! Shame on you Zulily!

I have ordered from Zulily several times. I will advize, only buy from actual stores that are being sold on Zulily that you can back check. There are a few stores that I buy from that are on Zulily every couple of months at cheaper prices. I have never had anything not fit or be of poor quality, however, it takes three weeks or more to get your items. I order some items almost two weeks ago and they still haven't even shipped. That is probably the only downfall, I have had anyway. Just know that when you are looking for quality clothing for cheap prices, it is not always going to be as you expect. Yes, I often find good deals but when I am paying $10 for a dress that would normally be $40-$50 at a boutique, I know that it may not be as good of quality or exactly what I want. But if I do come up short, I only spent $10.

Ordered a bathing suit for a trip to Hawaii. Later received email explaining that they ship in bulk and it could take weeks to receive. If I had known that I wouldn't have ordered through them. Received item while I was in Hawaii. When I returned, the suit was too small. I called to see about exchange and basically I'm out money and bathing suit. This company will be out of business soon if they keep this up.

I have bought many things from zulily & have found that I have received my orders timely & in pristine shape. If my order cannot be fulfilled I am notified timely & my refund comes quickly with a full explanation. Customer service is outstanding..

Zulily's website is easy to use, well produced, and is deep with products. There are multiple categories, so while you are looking at dresses you can zip over to look at housewares or kids' toys. The products are well curated. It's a go-to website.

I had been shopping on Zulily website for years. I had not disappoint with any of my orders yet. Most of the dresses & other brand name items I had purchased were on sale. So far I am very please with all my purchases.

I was very happy with the site they have lots of neat things. I happened to miss one payment by accident and they dropped my account down to what I owed. I have excellent payment reviews on all credit cards very upset with Zulily.

The photography makes the modeled items look great and enticing. The first purchaset was enticing because of the split payment. But my first several orders arrived in bulk today. A sad, sad, sad disappointment. Cheap, see-through material. The plus sizes run at least one size bigger than the state measurements. Embarrassed to wear any of this to work so will probably sleep in it, give it to a thrift store, or trash it. Is this really affiliated with QVC? Shame and scam... scam and shame. I still have more orders coming in... dummy me. Hopefully someone else will review this horrible company first before buying clothing items, at least. I have one brand name item coming in, so I'll have to see if it's legit or a knock-off. Please don't waste your money on the female clothing, at least.
