Why is the quality of clothing so bad. Bought a top last year and quality of material and sizing were so bad. I thought I give you a chance and order a tunic sweater again. This one was worst! I've never seen such poorly made clothing. Cutting of the tunic was out, material was so rough. Very poorly made in China crap. Totally waste of $30.00. Will never never buy any clothing from them again. And they took too long to mail out your orders. So be aware when you buy non branded clothing from them.

Some colors, and sizes are off. Ordered an M tee and rec. M, fits like an XS. I will use it for yard work. Found measuring chart to be generic and not specific to item shown. They do have a huge assortment of stylish clothing to pick from at good prices. So far I have been able to wear everything I have received, but think when I receive my last orders, due to their no return policy, I will quit while I am a head. How Zulily works. The items you see on Zulily do not belong to Zulily (State of WA). Zulily isn't selling the items you order. You place an order with Zulily and they place your order to who knows where. Your orders from who knows where are then sent to Zulily and Zulily sends it to you. Now you know why it takes so long for you to rec. Your order of many items and why they have a no return policy.

I wrote an email to Zulily about my order and that I was unhappy with the order, they have agreed to let me send my items back with a refund minus the shipping cost.
I guess they have gotten enough bad reviews that they are now doing returns.

I ordered a bed comforter and it was never delivered. UPS showed that it was. I first contacted Zulily who then said it was between me and ups. While this is not zulilys direct fault, they were the ones who dictated it be shipped by ups. Also, as a retailer I would think they would want to keep their customer happy and make things right, but they don't. I have had other orders with them, so it's not like I am a first timer trying to pull a scam. I will never order from here again and have also filed a complaint with BBB

I am so glad I found this site. I do a lot of shopping there. I have learned to check to see if there are any reviews on a product that I would like to purchase. The only thing that I really don't care for is it takes too doggone long to receive the products. And most of the time if I have ordered more than one thing they don't arrive together.

I promised myself I would NEVER use Zulily again after I spent $80 in merchandise and received it over a month after the order was placed. When the items arrived, half of them were made of horribly cheap fabric and just did not do me justice.

I tried to return them by contacting customer service to which they explained that they do not do returns but this time (rightttt) would make an exception. Upon them receiving my items back, I got an e-mail that I received CREDIT to their website.

I honestly have no desire to use their website or put this money into their crappy clothing. So annoyed.

I have beenordering from Zulilly now for 2 years and have never had an issue with any of the clothing or shoes. They deliver has never been lost, nor delayed. My mistake a couple of times for ordering the wrong size but I just gifted those items to my sister. All and all I would give them 4 stars for quality, delivery on time.

I have ordered and received a coat/jakcet which looked magic in the picture and was made of dressing gown material! Iordered 2 tops for summer and they are very poor quality and very disappointing. I will not be ordering any more from Zulily

I ordered 3 pair of pants two years ago. I took long time too arrive and the pants was a trash. On one pair one leg was longer then the other, it did not match the picture at all.
I called about return and they took it back since it was my first order.
Now I see their advertisement on TV and on face book and the clothes looks good.
I wondered if they changed and hoped they got better. But from reading the reviews they are still bad. I will stay away and will not bite on the tempting advertisement.

Placed and order on December 9th for Xmas present - info at site says it will be shipped 12-23-14 but then shows it is still in transit to Zulilly - thing this will be my last order with them. Cute stuff but man shipping sucks

I was aware of the shipping procedures when I placed my first order so the delay wasn't an issue. However, the quality of the products was terrible. I ordered 3 different style blouses all in the same size. Each blouse is differently sized and the quality of the material is hideous. They each look as though I had sewn them myself. I will never order from here again.

Tip for consumers:
You get what you pay for. As long as you aren't expecting good quality then you may not be disappointed.

I bought a pair of loafers from Zulily size 6.5. When I received them they were more of a size 8. No big deal, I'll exchange for a smaller size since they do not do returns. I paid 10.99 for the shoes and $5 dollars for shipping. When I contact them to get an exchange they say sure we will add the credit to my account. I sent the shoes in and I got a $5 dollar credit. They only credit you the shipping you paid. If I knew this I would have gifted the shoes instead of sending them back in.
So now I lost my $10.99 and I have no shoes to show for it.

I ordered five pieces and received them all at once in one package and didn't take even a month to get to me... I love all the pieces and fit just right. Just have to look at the size chart. I see a lot of negative about them but I would shop here again.

Using my tablet it is impossible to sign in. Tried repeatedly with no success, tablet keyboard obstructed the sign in box, no issue with other sites. Must assume it is poor design... coupled with the fact you are not allowed to browse the site without signing up is a poor business practice.

I ordered a pair of sneakers and they had sent the wrong size. I called to speak with a customer service representative about the return policy and told her the situation and she said you must have ordered the wrong size online. I told her I specifically looked at the size and was sure I didn't. She said sorry you did and hung up on me. Very sad this is the way they treat customers. Also charge you 4.95 for the shipping label. I will never order anything from them again. Sad they treat their customers this way.

Shipping takes way too long. First time using this site and ordered multiple items for Christmas gifts. One order finally came in yesterday. However, it was super cheap quality. It was a knitted scarf that was already unravelling and had a chemical odor. Zulilly did refund the money and gave me an additional credit. I am still waiting for the rest of my order and am dreading that the other items maybe a poor quality as well and I would be too embarrassed to give them as a Christmas gift.

I've browsed the site often because the tracking pictures that are attached to sites I am on are always so cute, but when I go to the site to try and find the top, it isn't anywhere to be found. Isn't that false advertising to advertise what you don't have?

I placed an order for some shoes only to have Zulily cancel my order and issue a refund for the cost of the shoes. I paid shipping but that portion was not refunded. Filed a complaint with Paypal. The total amount should have been refunded because I expected to receive the order.

So my order that I placed on the 9th of December with "guaranteed" Christmas delivery did not get here. That should have been more than enough time to receive the merchandise in time for Christmas. Thanks for ruining someone's Christmas. Never again! So disappointed in your company!
Update: received balance of my order on December 27. Zulilly refunded my shipping and gave me a $15 credit so used that to get my daughter an extra top since it was her Christmas that was so late. At least they took action to do the right thing, and she was very pleased with the quality of her clothes and boots. Because of this, changing my rating from a 1 to a 3.

I'm not sure what is causing this company to fall apart. If you don't like to wait 6 weeks for a product you've already paid for, only to find out its garbage, only to pay return shipping in addition to the shipping you've already paid, only to get a store credit for more junk... then I'd shop elsewhere.

I was buying the Frozen stuff for my granddaughters and while I was doing it they took out some of my items from the cart. I am very disappointed. Don't trust to Zulily says (they say that they keep the items in the cart while you are shopping and it's not true.)

I ordered for the first time this month and I will never order from them again. I was checking my order and I noticed that they put only the street name but not street number. I called Zulily customer service... the first person on the phone told me that I needed to contact the post office because he cant do nothing the package was already out for deliver. I contacted the post office and I couldnt get a real person on the phone. So I contacted Zulily again and this time this person told me that she will put a note but that this not always work, that the only thing for me to do was wait 7 to 10 days more if the package doesnt get deliver it should go back to them and I can get credit for the purchase. This was they mistake and no body care to help!

Been shopping on this site for over 3 years... Great deals and products and just be planning for 3 weeks about for the items... some ship quicker. If you plan a little ahead for holidays and special events, this is a great way to shop and the friend referral program is great!

First of all, I pulled up Zulily to review the quality and style of their merchandise. Right away, I had to give them my email address and password and then they wanted my name address and telephone number. I exited the site. From what I could see of the merchandise, it was tacky, substandard.

I am a customer of Zulilly since they started! There were always some items that were worse quality than others but i liked the selection of brands & unique items so i kept purchasing. However, past year quality has REALLY deteriorated. I've had to send back more than 1/2 of the items i order at a time because of fit or quality issues. And appliances must be 2nds because i always have a problem. Paying 8.95 every time i have to return is not worth it. I can find much better quality at TJ Maxx & Marshalls. Sorry zulilly - but i think this long time customer has had enough of the CHEAPO merchandise.
