My boyfriend worked for them up until today when he went in for his check and they told him that the clock out machine messed up and they couldn't pay him for the hours he already worked last week! So now I am going on every platform until they contact me back, after leaving 3 or 4 voicemails with customer service, corporate, and HR! Channel 6 on your side is next!

Most of what I order is very good, however, I can not order much in the way of clothes because I am only 5'3" tall and most of the tops are for much taller women. The tunics would be dresses on me! It would be very nice if you featured more for petite women!

The order took over a month to be delivered. When the shirts finally arrived I was not at all happy with them. The fabric is really cheap, the color is not even close to what was pictured and the sizing is not true to size. I will never order from Zulily again.

Have bought many things that I have liked, but sizes can vary a lot. It is 8 dollars to return several items, which sounds great, but then you can't pull up all the items that you want to return. You have to call, and hope that the person you are dealing with is nice.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure that you check sizing guides before purchasing clothing. Very different sizing in different manufactures. Also, only get store credit for returns.

Zulily can be addictive, so watch out! It is SO easy to shop when you get an email every day of things you'll probably like, The sizing and quality of clothing is variable, so read the sizing charts, which are sometimes helpful, and the reviews, which give you an idea of things to avoid. I love the low-priced jewelry and home decor items, all of which are usually decent quality and as pictured. When things aren't up to my standards, I do complain and often they'll give a $5 credit to compensate.

My experience with clothing orders has been very disappointing. After waiting 4 weeks from the order date, the quality of the item was shabby and flimsy and not useable for it's intended use (casual pants) but not returnable. The other item never arrived and I was charged $2 for cancelling the order after waiting 4 weeks for it.

When I purchased my items I wasn't aware it would take a month to get my items. I'm still waiting and when you're buying infant clothes a month to wait drastically cuts down on the time they can wear them. Definitely won't be buying from them again. I'm not really sure how they can stay in business.

Bought most of my Christmas and my husband bought all my Christmas from Zuilly. 2 things I needed to return no fault if there's just not for me and they sent me a return label immediately. Clothes are fantastic customer service is fantastic. Will buy from them every time I shop. Bought my grandson 3 pair of shoes they were so cute. Prices are great, no fantastic!

I ordered a bra and pair of sandals. I waited 6 weeks for delivery. No emails from them unless you contact them. The sandals were the wrong size. The bra did not fit. I was told I cannot return the bra. I have to pay to send the sandals back. They said I must have ordered that size. Why would I order a bigger size! No return instructions included. No contact or address.
After all this have to wait for a refund.

I have been a loyal Zulily customer for a few years now, and I have found so many amazing deals for myself and my family that I plan to continue to be for many more years. I am more than happy with the customer service I have received when I have encountered a problem. I do wish they offered free returns, but with the low prices I get when purchasing, I do understand. Some of my favorite brands are not as reasonably priced as they once were, but there are still many that I am able to save substantially with. I look forward to receiving Zulily packages in the mail!

I truly love Zulily! I love all the choices of brands. My 2 favorite are Suzanne Betro & Amaryllis. Their styles are always classy & fun, great fabrics, very consistent sizing. The reviews people leave are always helpful! It's very interesting to me when a dress or pants or top take longer because it's actually being sewn for me. I just wish they could get more size 12 women's shoes! It seems by the time I see the shoes are available in a 12 the size 12s are all gone. I really need a nice pair of sandals! I'm very loyal to Zulily!

Ordered a shirt and arrived wet and smelled like mildew. Took the shirt out of package and strings fell off the tie on.
I washed it too get rid of the smell and the shirt fell. Apart. The top fringed and can't wear it. Asked twice for a refund and they refused. Don't buy from this site terrible quality.

Absolutely horrible experience. I bought items for my twin grandchildren for Christmas. I choose items that were marked guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I received notice today from UPS that it will be Dec 29th before my items are here. I called Zullily and their response was "gee... UPS must be really busy", ya think! Don't purchase anything from these people, they do not stand behind their guarantee, and they will not do anything to make the situation right. Stay away at all costs!

I ordered from Zulily for the first time back in December. It took a month to get my shirts, but they came. They're not as nice as I thought they'd be, but they're good loungewear. I also got a coat that I LOVE and get so many compliments on. I ordered a dress from them a few weeks ago, it came quickly and I love it! Despite the low/inconsistent ratings on here my personal experience with them has been pretty good. However inconsistent ratings means you should always be cautious. I love the stuff I got, but they're a bit of a risk.

I like the product variety availability, although I have often found the dame product cheaper st Walmart.com. The shipping options are pricey, and I have had products take weeks to arrive. Two day free shipping would be nice.

Bad quality Clothes, shoes. They make it sound like you are hetting a deal, thats not the case. Ordered a Gucci handbag, it prove to be fake. It's defently a scam, don't know how they stay in business

While I can see why some people are leaving negative reviews, my experience with them has been different and I say this as someone in the southern hemisphere. I used to expect my packages to take forever as I had been warned by some other users of the site but they've always shipped quickly and been delivered much sooner than I expected. The site has something for everyone from activewear, shoes, baby clothes, plus size and undergarments. The plus size clothes are about what you'd expect from Autograph or Beme, there are better stores out there for younger plus size ladies.

Do not order from this site. Placed an order for two toddler-sized spring jackets on March 16th. Estimated shipping date, given for both items, was April 1st. One of the items was supposedly being set for shipping, early last week, and that is still the status. Wouldn't it be nice, once the estimated shipping date has come and gone, if they could update customer with a new estimated shipping date? The other item is "still in transit". No updated shipping date... nothing. At this rate, given that items usually take two weeks to arrive after they are shipped, it will be middle to late May before they arrive. Never, never again!

I ordered 7 items from zulily and I really liked 3 of them. The lowdown-depending on the designer, some of the clothes advertised on zulily do not look the same in person. In person, all three of tunics I ordered did not look like they did on the website. The material was cheap and overall the items were disappointing, and there are no refunds. All 3 tunics were made by the same designer. I ordered a dress, palazzo pants, and a shirt by a different designer that I love. Material and quality was as advertised. You never really know what you're going to get when ordering online unless you have experience with the designer's clothes. I will use zulily again, but will only order clothes from specific designers. As far as the long wait for delivery, this was expected. The ship date they gave me was 3 weeks after the date I ordered my clothes. It shipped on the day they estimated.

I regularly ordered from this site and I have been please with everything I ordered! True to sized but I have found you must look at size guide. I normally where a size 14 but depending on the maker I might need to order a size 16 or 18. Everyone's complaining about the time it take to shipped but it clearly tell you how long it will be. Everything I ordered has been superior quality and acceptually priced. I brought clothes for me and baby clothing and shoes.

I have been ordering from Zulily for 2 years and have never been disappointed. I have ordered clothes for me, my children, grandchildren, and husband. We loved each and every thing. I have also ordered household items, outdoor stuff, and health and beauty products. Again, I was not deceived in any way. The free shipping is legit. If there are several items I want to buy, I will purchase one and get free shipping on the rest if I order before midnight. I love Zulily and will continue to order from them. If I am disappointed with my current order when it comes in, well that will be a first for me.
