The clothes are not "designer." They look as though they are made by small children. The rip easily and are sewn poorly. Everything I've ordered has a Made In China tag as well. Not a country I'm willing to support.

I have ordered from this company a few times now and I can't say enough good things about them! Their shipping is prompt. Their products are what they say they are and they actually fit! The products are also quality products!

I have not ordered from Zulily as much as others, but I have been extremely satisfied with their customer service. The couple times there have been mistakes, they have gone above and beyond what I expected. I love this company!

This website is a waste of money. A lot of online fashion websites will provide you with much better quality and style than zulily. Not worth the money and the delivery is so late. I took a chance and wasted $40. DO not waste your time and money here.

I've been a customer of Zulily for years. I check it out on a daily basis and send a lot to my grandchildren. The customer service is one of the best I have experienced and if there is an issue it is resolved promptly. I will continue to patronize...

I was surprised that they required my name and email just to look. While I am fine with providing that kind of information if I decide to purchase from a site, I don't want to have to do tat just to look. No bargain is worth that to me

I love the site and would like to buy more but the no return policy is a problem. I ordered 3 tops my first order in large and one was fine the other two were huge and went in the giveaway pile. My second order was for a top, a jacket and the Jayli wine tie-dye patchwork skirt - the top went in the give-away pile, the skirt is a joke - just a big piece of stiff ugly fabric that only has a vague resemblance to the photo - it went in the trash. I see many things I'd like to buy but realize I'm better off throwing my money down the drain.

I ordered a Dolly & Me dress and matching two-piece skirt outfit for my grandaughter's 7th birthday. While it did take some time to arrive, it was worth the wait. My grandaughter loves her outfit and and the fact that her doll can wear a dress that matches. The price was more than reasonable. I guess I'll find out about the quality once it has been washed, but for now I'm very happy and so is she!

I only gave it the two stars because my first order, wooden signs, were delivered fine just a lengthy wait. My next order though was not so good. The shirt was huge and cheaply made and I'm still waiting on the dress a month and a half later. The order I made while waiting for this one was sent to my billing address not my physical. Called customer service and they weren't too apologetic. They were out of the two shirts so I will never see those, the dress was "resent" but then order canceled because they didn't have my size in stock. I won't put myself through this hassle again.

I have ordered many things from them but the necklace I ordered came in pieces. I have been happy with most of the items but now I have to figure out if I can repair this necklace. It will be a while before I order again. Unfortunately it cannot be returned. After notifying them they gave me a full credit and told me to keep the necklace. I had it repaired.

The items at Zulily are priced at a discount and well worth the wait. But the best asset of the company is the staff. The customer service members are responsive, kind and patient. They answer questions and solve issues and make the buying /returning process a stress-free experience. Zulily is a shopping venue with personality.

I have ordered several things from Zulily. I have loved the jewelry. What I don't like are the clothes. I ordered two dresses (two different brands) and both were horrible. One was a junior size XL when I was lead to believe this was a a women's. The other dress was so cheaply made I could have made it myself. Both items were not eligible for return. I will not shop here again.

I have ordered from them in the past and have had an ok experience. It does take a horrible amount of time to receive an item but I believe they warn you about this. My problem is customer service. I recently ordered a clothing item in size 4T. When it arrived it was a 2T and the packing slip said 4T. Very disappointing. I went online and emailed their customer service 2 days ago and have yet to hear from them. I should have read more of the customer reviews. Not very many positive ones at all.

This is probably a third party manufacturing in small cities in China. They make products from scraps, material they can't sell or hazardous waste. Their goal is to sell garbage to people how don't care about quality, just cheap. They don't ship it from China until the orders are all sold and then manufactured then shipped. If they the orders aren't fully sold at the end of the month, they just don't manufacture that product and tell you some lie or excuse to make other selection.
Just be careful with cheap toys for children to put in their months due to may contain hazardous waste. So like the old saying.

Customers should be alerted that this company has a no return policy. I never dawned on me that an online clothing retailer would not return or exchange sizes. There is a small notice on the order page that states that by placing an order you agree to their terms and conditions, but i didnt notice that when i ordered. I ordered a dress in medium which does fit nicely but i also ordered a denim tunic in xl that doesnt even fit my bust or arms. With erratic sizing, the no return policy certainly not customer friendly

I've been using Zulily for quite a few years for many purchases- shoes, grandkids clothes, household items, Christmas items, purses just to name a few. Overall I've been very satisfied with all but a couple clothing & shoe purchases & that was a sizing issue. Their customer service is always great at least in my experience- the only issue I would have is a couple times items have been ordered & later cancelled because they weren't available but no company is perfect. I hope they continue to offer great merchandise at affordable prices!

In general, I like the products and the products I buy. They are different, can be of good quality (but not inexpensive). I pay for what I get and I am OK with this.
A few hiccups:
Sizing not always the same EVEN when it is the same brand.
Delivery time can be very long. I understand the concept so prices can be brought down but still...
I hate to pay that much if I need to return a product, even if the product is too small and the fact that it sizes small was not mentioned. Next time it happens, I intend to call customer service and see what can be done.

The quality of the items are never consistent as well as the sizing guide. I have been sent other peoples packages and items I really wanted were canceled. I used a purse for the first time a bought months earlier and the lining started falling off. I am now stuck with a $40 purse as well as another one that has a mark on it and it has not been used. Past the return time frame.
As far as my experience with customer service it has been fairly positive. Quality is my biggest complaint.

The clothes are very poor quality for the money and the sizing is ridiculous! I am usually an AU22 and ordered what they claim to be the equivalent to an AU26-28 (I was happy to have them items too big rather than too small). When they arrived my daughter who is a size 14 could not fit into the tops!
If you are after a website with false advertising and terrible customer service then Zulily is for you!
I am absolutely disgusted with them. My advice to other shoppers... STAY AWAY!

I was looking at a pair of boots, decided to check out the make(r) and got quite a surprise, on Zulily they were advertised as $155 down to $82.99, that's A$ convert to US$ and they are $133.44 down to $60.74. To buy in the US they are RRP $US79.99 down to $US29.99. Even if you buy them direct from maker they're cheaper than Zulily's price, which appears to be 50% over RRP before discounting. It's always a good idea to check pricing before buying, even with tax added, they were still way cheaper.

They are very hard to get a hold of and will not answer your emails. It has taken over 30 days to get my items and have still not received them.Be very careful dealing with this company. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchase anything from them I would advise you to read ALL the reviews. Not a good company to deal with, they are a third party company so they don't care once they get your money.

Ordered many times but had to call this time to update shipping address again since their site doesn't update each time and reverts back to old address. My fault I guess for not checking every time. I called to get it updated and rude rude rude reps said too bad, you have to call shipping company ONTrac who was even rudder and like I guessed they would not alter shipping without talking to vendor who would not call them. After multiple attempts to get my package correctly delivered it was sent to old address and Zulily left it up to me to fight it out with On Trac. The reps were all rude but one.
