I ordered an item on Black Friday. Originally a $125 item. Zulily had it on sale for $71.99. I was beyond excited as I had been watching the item and I compared it to other Black Friday prices and this was the best. They email me Christmas Day to say they cancelled my order because they couldn't fulfill it in the discussed time. I purchased it for my son's Birthday in March. When I contacted them, saying I did not wish to have it cancelled and was okay with the wait, they then said it was an inventory issue and offered me $10. So frustrated because I would have ordered it elsewhere on Black Friday for a better price. Now if I want the item I have to pay full price. Terrible customer service! Will never order from Zulily again- it is always something or some excuse. Shameful they can't stand behind their company and products.

The prices are reasonable, but the quality is frequently not good. A Tee shirt that begins to "pill" after a half day of wearing is not so cute anymore. Also, the shipping charges are too high, so you're really not saving as much as you think you are. A kitchen gadget that is only $4.99, but the shipping charges are $5.99 is no bargain!

I find lots of things I like but for the cost of shipping it takes forever to get my order! I have had things not received and just get a credit to my account. I just got another notice saying if it doesn't come in 10 more days, it will be canceled. I don't like ordering for gifts when I'm not sure if it will come on time or not at all!

I ordered 5 items and kept 2. I kept two of the items because they were different but can't say the quality was great. As for the 3 items I did return, two were the same top but different colors, however, I received them both in the same color (which didn't really matter since the quality was terrible). The 3rd item was a tote which looked really cheap.
I was told to send the items back via UPS and submit the receipt for reimbursement and am now told they will only refund half of the amount! They did give me a small credit towards a future purchase but I don't think I'll be buying from them again.
Also, they are not very friendly or helpful.

What a horrible experience! Items were ordered on 12/2 and were not shipped until 12/19 or later. On 12/22, I received notice that SEVERAL of the items would not arrive by Christmas, even though they were "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery." I will never use this service again.

I ordered a jacket from them and got charged twice for it. When I called them about it they said they had sent the first charge back to my bank, but my bank never received it. And worst of all I never received the jacket, Purolator tracking says the item doesn't exists

I ordered a bunch of stuff before christmas, got it all venire christmas. In January I ordered a dress that ended up being to big. They told me to donate the dress and they will credit my account and give me 10.00 credit. That is awesome customer service! Some items are a lil slower but it's great sometimes I forget what I ordered and then I get a present in the mail!

60 days later and 2 items still have not shipped, I emailed and no response. I would not have ordered if the ship date had been visible before the purchase. I received 3 items shipped 4 weeks after the purchase, now 60 days have gone by and no sign of the other 2.

Many times of the past few years I have found unique and great prices on many items. Some things have not been 5 Stars, but for the most part I have gotten good deals. Sometimes I have not gotten what I ordered but that is only 3% at the most of my orders. I wish there was an option to have quicker shopping especially for Holiday items. However, most of us long time shoppers with Zulily do know and understand we have to have patience and not to order items that we know in advance we may not get an item in time.

I ordered 5 items from Zulilly, on 3-24-18. Although order status says delivered I have not received them. Upon calling I was informed the delivered status on one item meant it was delivered to the customs office. And most likely would not be delivered to my house for approx another 7-10 days. The other items are being processed for shipping. Not worth the long wait for delivery of the items.

One of my last orders arrived with a broken mirror due to poor packing of the order. This is the second time poor packing has been an issue. I have decided that I will not order anything that is breakable. It's not worth the hassle. Also I feel if you could fill orders quicker, you would get more business. Also waitlist orders take a long time to return to stock.

I have been ordering stuff from Zulily for about half a year already and they never let me down. I have at the very least 100 items of different kind like: clothes, perfume, lingerie, jewelry, kitchen supplies, bedding, working out stuff etc and nothing ever came defective or dissapointed me. Besides, they always send me different coupons on wine or food. I am very happy about Zulily and going to shop with them furthermore. The website with the best deals on the best items.

I have never experienced anything like this. Two months and my order is still not here. When I email customer service I get a canned email. I will never order from them again. I am a journalist for various women's publications and I plan on letting my editors know exactly the scam that is Zulilly. There's a bigger story here.

I placed my order on 9/21/11, it's 10/19 and it STILL hasn't arrived. When I tracked the shipment, it says completed, but upon further looking into the shipping method, it says that the UPS package was transferred to the local postal carrier for delivery.
I contacted Zulilly a week ago and they apologized for the inconvenience and offered free shipping for my next order. Although this was a nice gesture, I don't want to have to experience this headache again. I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered (and paid for) a pair of slippers and a pair of clogs for myself on 11/8. On 11/28, the order finally shipped. Too long. I understand what they're doing, and I love the merchandise and their prices, but to have to wait for over two weeks just for shipping seems extreme.
I won't be ordering from them again.

I have an account there. I tried signing in but the pop up came back and refused to let me shop. I tried again in case I fat fingered, The pop up came back. I tried making a new account. The pop up came back. I tried signing in with Facebook, and again the pop up came back. This is not the first time. Since I set up the account I have never been able to get into your website and you know what? I'm not trying anymore. You've lost a customer. Maybe you should work on it actually letting people shop there.

I ordered two BEAUTIFUL poufs as extra floor seating. SO excited when they arrived... until I saw that one of them already had HUGE stains on it. NASTY! The name sounds lovely... the products are GROSS! Buy quality from other online stores like Wayfair. This place is a fraud!

I ordered items that were cheap on Zulily, thinking it was a legitimate overstock site or outlet site. Yuck. I was wrong. The fabrics were thin and cheap; the sizes were all over the map from too big to too little. And worksmanship, like seams and hems and buttonholes, were poorly done. Pay more and get some good quality clothing.

First order, a Seahawk handkerchief for my lab, ordered a large, it fit my sons Beagle, barely. Waited four weeks for order to arrive, then didn't fit. Second go around, ordered a shirt, woman's XL. Waited so long for this order to be delivered, they gave me a shipping credit. Seven weeks after ordering this shirt, it arrived, and what was suppose to be an XL, was maybe a petite for a teenager, and the material was so thin you could see through it, not at all what it looked like on their site (looked like a nice thicker cotton)! I am afraid to wash it, there may be nothing left! Will NEVER order from this company again. Happened once, shame on me, happened twice, NEVER AGAIN! Their site looks nice, but that is about all. Don't do it!

Love shopping on this website! Always find really good deals. Only thing that sucks is that it takes forever seems like to receive your merchandise. It seems like the actual vendor sends it to Zulily who then in turns put their own box with their name on it. Then ships it to you. It would be so much faster if Zulilly would just send their own "boxes/packaging" to their vendors and with every purchase the vendor sees from this site they would send it to the customer direct using that packaging. Other than that, still love them!

Some items are not as described or not good quality. It's a hassle to return because they charge too much return shipping and then i don't trust their refund process. Seems to me that i get shorted what i am owed each time i return something. The three times i questioned them on it they just keep repeating that they are correct. I know how to do math. I recently bought a set of towels that were not as described or shown in the picture. Kept them rather than pay return shipping. Only good things i can say i've bought from them are two pairs of Rockport shoes and two pairs of Saucony sneakers.

I have bought many, many items from Zulily over the years and have never been dissapointed. The items are of good quality be it clothing or other. I am very much pleased with this company. If I had to have one issue it is that the tops of clothing are most always very thin and can be seen thru easily, all in all am a very satisfied customer.

Extremely poor quality material. Not even colored cloth but dyed. Made in China, which I didn't realize. Then, when I went to return the clothing, I paid $11 return shipping and they gave me "store credit," which I entirely DID NOT WANT. They did not tell me this or I'd never have spent even more money on return shipping than I'd already spent on this disreputable company. You have been warned.

I will never go to this site ever again. I can't even look at their site unless I give them my e-mail address. I don't even know if I want e-mails from them yet. I have never seen their site. This is so not cool. I don't just give out my address to every company out there. So The are done in my world. I bet they loose a lot of potential customers this way. Oh well there loss. If they had not asked me for my address I would not have looked up reviews on them before I shopped with them. From the looks of the reviews I am very glad I will not order from them.

I check Zulily everyday! I love everything about Zulily. I do not have a single negative comment. I would like to shout out their customer service representatives... anytime I have had an issue with an item, they are quick to remedy the situation and are always super polite.
