I have been an active shopper at Zulilly for sometime now. I have been hugely pleased with the majority of items I have ordered and received. Unfortunately, the past two redrew have not been packaged properly for shipping. My items have been thrown in the bottom of a box and a little packing tossed in. Items have shifted and even come out of product packaging. Also, I ordered 2 rings and upon delivery they look absolutely nothing like the photos I ordered. The actual boxing has been crushed from the outside during shipping. If you can look back at my purchase history I'm sure I would be classified as a loyal customer. Zulily has an abundance of products for all categories. I enjoy shopping on this site because of the sales and quality of items that are offered. I would recommend this shopping site to all my friends.

BEWARE! This site sells clothes from other sites! I've seen the clothes that they sell in other trusted websites and they sell them for double the price or even 3-4 times as much :/ and what surprises me is that the seller substitutes the original tag to their "brand" tag and makes it seem as if it's theirs... the other day I was looking at the kohls website and saw this baby dress for 10 dollars (clearance) and they were selling it in zulily for 30 WTF! Not buying from this website! Never}

It does take a bit to get the merchandise but it is worth the wait. I recently had a shipping error and the operator was very nice she said the will send me a new shippment and a 10 gift certificate for my trouble. I recommend this site

Do not order from Zulilys promised Christmas delivery it is now Dec. 29th have not heard from them, called customer service they said I would receive some of the items for Christmas they must have meant 2015! No e-mail for me or nothing! Never again this I promise.

I don't like that I can't shop at Zulily.com without having to enter my email address first or Facebook info or my entire life history. I want to view some of the items and then decide if I want to give my email. I guess they don't want customers.

I like my jewelry to match and Zulily has none of that really! I had to purchase items from the UK and other retailers for sets! Also I love the Swallow Earrings, but I will not purchase without matching necklace

I have ordered quite a few clothes from Zulily. So far I have been very pleased. The quality is good and the sizes fit. I recently ordered 11 tunics. Today I read the reviews. I am so hoping I will not be disappointed.

What I received looks different from the pictures. The sizing is all wrong. The oversized top I ordered is short and tight. The other top I ordered I can throw away. It is supposed to be a large but not even extra small. It may fit a 8 year old child. What a waste of money

There are so many products to choose from on Zulily. I enjoy shopping with Zulily because there are many unique items that I cannot find in stores. Customer service is excellent. I have made many purchases from Zulily and I am always pleased.

Ordered a school sweater for my daughter - that was OK. Ordered a bolero-type sweater - color - supposed to be white but was more very, very off white. Ordered a floral over-sized print dress - quality was very bad. Was not worth the 16.00 I paid. It should have cost about $5.00.

First, they have no returns and exchanges. A big drawback for online shopping.
The delivery is quite late, some deliveries took a month from the date of order.
They always charge for shipping, no matter how much you spend.
They don't have price adjustment.

I will never buy anything from Zulily because I am sick to death of the ads on my tablet on every web page I visit. I dont even like the style of clothes they have. I would literally do anything to stop the damn ads.

I joined Zulily early last year thinking the prices were amazing, and they are if you know the brand. I bought quite a few yoga/workout tights for great prices. The price posted on Zulily was $120 which matched the brands website, I got them on sale for just over $20. I received them a few weeks later and am really happy with the quality. Also purchased a couple of tunics, unfortunately they were much bigger then I had anticipated. I also bought a couple of purses under the Versace brand. I was skeptical when I saw the sale price for about $100, Ive never seen a real Versace bag that cheap, even on sale. I really liked the look of the purses so I ordered them anyways. When I received them it was Versace 19V69, a totally different brand from Versace. Overall, Ill buy from Zulily again, but only certain items and after I research the brand!

I have had the best luck with everything I have bought thru Zulily. In 3 years I have only had to return 2 or 3 items. My favorite brands are Suzanne Betro, Lily, Zenana, Amaryllis, Top Moda and Bamboo. I returned to work 3 years ago and realized all my clothes were too big and out of style. Over the past 3 years I have built an extensive work wardrobe, complete with shoes and accessories, and didn't have to take out a loan or a charge card. Everytime someone compliments me on my attire, I always say "Thank you, it's Zulily!". My co-workers now just ask if it's Zulily right after the compliment, and of course I say YES! I gave the app on my phone, and I constantly share pages showing my friends what cute stuff they have and at great prices. Last Christmas, all of my gifts given to family and friends were purchased at Zulily. I shop Zulily every day, and order frequently. Customer service is great too!

Sure wish I had read this site BEFORE I ordered nearly $200 from them. The package never reached me after a month. It was returned to them by UPS the day after they shipped it because there was something missing or damaged. They are now treating it as delivered to me and returned by me (via an email response to my cancellation email on 6/25/14)!
I attempted to call this morning and found that both numbers I was able to locate are no longer in service. The numbers I tried were: Tel: *******615 or *******564
They have also charged my Visa for an additional $35 two days after I had placed another order which doesn't even show an order number and has not been shipped. Getting my money back will be fun I'm sure! But I'm ready for them now, and I won't hesitate to go to the BBB and/or small claims court if they don't promptly refund both charges.

Reviewing Zulily.
1. Takes too long to get merchandise
2. Shipping is too high
3. When I open Zulily I see a picture to something really cute, but when I scroll through the product line-up the cute picture of the product I was interested in doesn't show up in the product line-up. Very frustrating.
4. Some of the personalized clothing is done poorly.
5. Charging shipping twice; one when you buy and one when you ship. Very poor practice!

Not happy with the 8.99 charge sending items back. It should be based on the price of the item, sometimes it isn't worth sending the n item back. If it costs 15.00 and 9.00 to send it back. Its b a hassle to send things back anyway but if your only getting 6.00 back, not worth it. Now what do I do with the item

The worst part is their return policy! Who does not take items back if the size is wrong? Well, more than half of the stuff i ordered eithe ran two sizes too small or 2 sizes too big. They do not warn you that items run small or large, i always look at the size chart and order, inspite of that the sizes are so off. What if the quality sucks? Nope, u cannot return for money back, it is store credit. Why should i pay for something that does not fit for one and for an error on their part. They are literally forcing people to keep shopping for crap instead of returning their money. The quality on most things suck, and the prices are not any lower, infact i find lower prices on amazon on the same products advertised. Its cheating if you show something and u see it in real and its crap. Their return policy needs to change or they will just lose business. Stay away!

They lied about the product I ordered. It was listed as a quilted throw. What I got was a flat wall hanging and the actual tag on the product states it is a wall hanging, not a throw. They wanted to charge me 8 bucks to return it. I will never order from them again.

I have ordered several things from Zulily and it seems like you have to wait several weeks to get an order. The website does say to give your order two weeks to ship and it takes at least two weeks if not longer. I have been very pleased with the quality of merchandise at the price. A plus to the website is that it gives me an opportunity to see a variety of children's clothing that is unusual and adorable. I think it is worth the wait!

Be aware that Zulily shipping takes FOREVER and even then, there is a good chance your order will be cancelled. I ordered a jacket sometime in November for my daughter for pre Christmas outing and after nearly a month I get an email saying the order will be cancelled. Yes, they gave me $10 credit but I would much rather have the what I ordered! During the wait period I let go of many other great sales thinking I already have one coming! I had to spent much more for another jacket to get it on time for the Outing Not a pleasant experience.
