I've ordered many many items from Zulily from clothes to shoes to baby items. They all came in a reasonable amount of time and I understand that the nasty midwestern weather hold things up. I wouldn't want my son or daughter driving a mail truck in that crap. Everything fit even the size 13 mens Birkenstock that I bought my husband. I'll continue to use it. Love it!

I had earlier complained about Zulily not having uniform sizing for children's clothes and that they do not accept exchanges. But, what they did do is credit my account $12.99 and told me to donate the sweatsuit to charity. So I have to revised my review that I would prefer an exchange, but appreciate the credit.

I ordered from this site and it does take a month to get your order not to mention that the size medium shirt I bought could fit my 8 year old Daughter! The boots I ordered had extremely large calfs on them and the medium jeggings were more like an xs. Not worth the wait and false advertisement.

Somethings are a good deal, others not so much. The reviews on some products aren't available some of the time and that makes me leery of those. Returns are expensive. Cost money to return a product that is inferior or doesn't work for you. That makes me shy away from purchases a lot of the time.

I ordered two tops in May paid in full and to date not heard a word about my order. I ordered once before and it took two months for me to remember I ordered. I called and they said the items were out of stock. Duh! Why couldn't they have contacted me with that info. This time I'm done and will never order from them again. Never ever period DONE

Have to say I order quite a lot from Zulily, but the clothing sizing leaves much to be desired. I think it would be better to require vendors to have CORRECT sizing, Or require them to have the same sizing standards across the board. It would save so much time and disappointment. Unless it is a brand you are familiar with (example LOGO, I know how that fits) maybe steer clear of the clothing as chances are good it will be too small. They usually are really, really good about refunds on the sizing challenges though.

I saw many negative complaints right after I made my first purchase from Zulily. I am actually happy I made my order first, or I would not have ordered from them. I have to say I am EXTREMELY pleased with my purchase. I ordered two pairs of Keen hiking/water sandals for the price of what one pair would typically cost. I received them within 13 days of my order (which they explain that their shipping process takes 10-14 days). The shoes fit wonderfully and I will definitely order from Zulily again. I would suggest, after reading all of the terrible reviews, that people stick to the brands they know and trust when they are looking for a good deal.

I regret not reading the reviews before I made my purchase. After I did see some reviews I started to worry about the shipping, but its the quality I have a problem with. I bought a Christmas dress for my daughter by the brand Lil Cactus and the quality is not what was pictured. The dress had embroidered reindeer on it and their antlers aren't even aligned to their heads... seriously? I loved the dress on their website. Very deceiving, not worth gambling your money for something that might not reflect the images on their site. There are more affordable places out there with better quality items and customer service that you can actually count on.

I ordered a dress and it fit perfect, but then I made the mistake to order two more of the same brand and same size. After waiting a month one was a size is like a 16-18 and one size is like a 12-14, I am a 6 to 8. One is suppose to be black, but it looks like a grey. I am stuck with them and one is too large to take in so it will go to Goodwill and the other I am hoping I can take in. Beware if buying clothing as it does not match the size chart that they provide. I won't be ordering again.

Most everything that I have ordered from Zulilly has fit, however, the few things that I have had to send back Zulilly has been awesome with any returns. I called them and they sent me a bar code that I could print out and just put on the box that the merchandise was in. I love the styles and most of all the prices.

This is alllllll Asian sizing that they don't divulge, then try to. Call customer service... the phone rings then gangs up... not even an operator. I don't wanna return I want my 173$ back! Beware sammydress is the same!

I ordered two pair of shoes in different colors. When I ordered them the site said I have 14 days to return that particular product. When I went to return one within the window, it said that the item was not returnable and the website had changed. I know that was not what I said when I ordered because I had never ordered from zulily before, was skeptical, and asked my friend to look and make sure things are returnable. I guess that will be my first and last order.

The company needs to relax a little for no they never offer free shipping even with purchases over 50,100,200 dollars and asking for a credit from most retailers is never a problem except with Zulily. They also have a no return policy which is ridiculous because everyone is made up different and sometimes the cut is different and doesnt fit.

When you order from Zulily items will take longer to be received. They don't warehouse the product themselves which allows them to price items lower. They have manufactures hold the product for them, you place the order, they have the manufacturer send product to them and then repackage and ship to you. I've become addicted to their site and have been very happy with my purchases. I know it's going to take 2-5 weeks to receive an item so if holiday shopping etc. I plan ahead. I've found truly amazing deals and have never had an issue with receiving an item.

I have returned products and they charged me for shipping which is not fair and they dont creditting the return amount into your original payment method they hold your amount till you buy something else.
I dont recommend it to public.

I like the variety of stores offered. I have had very good purchase transactions. On a few purchases I wasn't satisfied with the item, but it was my personal taste, not the quality of the product. I shop at Zulily regularly. The shipping does take longer than some other stores. I have not had any experience with the return process.

Ice ordered several things from Zulily some I was pleased with quality and price, and some were horrible. I usually use the size charts as a guide but forget about it because they aren't accurate. I did receive a store credit fir the items I wasn't satisfied with. And I also learned that if you refuse the order when it's delivered you won't be charged. I haven't tried that yet so be careful if you do. I can say that I did receive a great deal on the American doll items. I just take my chances with this company.

Get some friends to order along with you to split the shipping cost. You can use multiple credit cards to pay.

I ordered a navy blue tunic dress which was pretty in the ad. Received the dress and discovered the price was too much. The dress was a thread thick and the buttons were loose. One wash and the dress was a mess. Cheap materials cheaply made. I gave it a try. Was unhappy. Never went back.

I like to shop online. I like the convenience. I have bought a lot of items from Zulily. I have had to return a few. They have been very courteous and helpful with me. I find their merchandise to be worth the money and their prices are very good. I do recommend them.

I think if buying their shoes, buy a size larger than you normally wear.

I loved the blouses and tank tops that I purchased. I also bought a poncho which I liked. It was stylish and comfortable. I bout about 8 pairs of their shoes and had to return those. I have big feet for a woman and their largest sizes are too small for my feet. But they were really cute shoes.
