I had 500M chips and zynga stole my chips. They banned my account without any reason. I am have not violated with zynga terms of service. I never bought chips from a third party. I played and won but zynga banned my account and gave me 2 option. Reset mey account with 1M chips or tell zynga to investigate my issue but if I choose second option my account will be permanently banned. (this was the agreement which I has to accept before choosing it) I chose first one and now I have only 1M and my 499 M is stolen by zynga. They want all players to buy chips from them. If you play and win, they steal chips. Zynga is the biggest robber in the world. Never use their services. Zynga sucks.

Been playing csr2 for 2 years now and all I can say is that their support is pathetic and patronising. Game is made so that you spend money. They don't care about the players who have genuine concerns. It is riddled with hackers and cheats and to top it off…. They advocate pornographic adverts definitely not intended for kids and they promote woke ideals even after it has been raised numerous times. AVOID THIS GAME LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I have been playing one of their games (Mafia Wars) via facebook for some years, it became apparent that the only thing this company thinks about is getting your money. The game itself rarely works the way it should. Over recent years the majority of players are using automated scripts and Bots to play, despite this being in contravention of Zyngas terms and conditions, the company refuse or is unable to do anything about it! Written complaints about cheaters are answered by what I regard as an automated reply. Even when you advise them of accounts using the game in breach of their own terms and conditions, the company takes NO Action! The abuse of their game is so blatant that script writers and users post You tube advice and admissions videos about using scripts and Bots and still the company is unable or unwilling to take action! DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOUR Do not begin playing this game and save yourself unneeded stress and money.

I have been playing Zynga Poker for more than 10 years and in the beginning everything was fun and good however, over the last 4-5 years, I noticed more and more accounts playing the game without a proper profile photo or even name! These accounts are obviously fake as instead of playing poker, they were playing bingo. Raising on every hand regardless and incredulously, winning on most hands majority of the time on the last card. I have amassed hundreds of billions of chips but my account was suddenly blocked as Zynga claimed that I had abused their terms and conditions, even though I have been playing this for more than 10 years! Zynga protects these fake accounts and continue to enable them to cheat, rather than genuine players like myself who have invested lots of time and money playing this game as I enjoy it to pass my time. Stop being cheated like myself and the thousands of others. Go play something else which does not focus on generating money instead of providing their customers with a fun past-time. You can read other reviews on many other platforms and you will see that what I have gone through is a common occurrence to many other players who used to be regulars but have not totally turned our backs on Zynga. Do the same now before it's too late!

Zynga purports to offer games to players via facebook. Their games often have glitches and do NOT work correctly. When this happens we are told as players its a known issue and developers are working on it, but we are not compensated for their errors. Yesterday they purportedly found abnormal game activity on everyone whom plays mafia wars accounts... The cheap jerks then went into our accounts, stole our war rewards and decreased our stats. Unjustifiable, and unethical... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR GAMES TO ANYONE!

[*******] The ad photos I took and forwarded to Zynga with my concern message have been encrypted-a web address I can not open. I erased the photos, could not bare to carry them in my Photos) I have lodged my shock and agitation, my alarm at the potent harm this "ad" promoting racism, bigotry and even violence by way of its imposition of White Supremacist ideology on our fellow citizens in and even beyond the US. Thus far Zynga has responded with a pat statement of "filters are in place". Eventually I received a response from a representative "reassuring" me of this filter. When I replied with my concern about the negligence and social irresponsibility, the failure of this "filter" I received an "appreciation for bringing this to our attention, we are looking into it." It's been weeks, and no further communication thus far. This egregious complicity with aggressive promotion of institutionalized systematic racism calls for immediate action. Nothing can erase what many Words With Friends Classic may have already been exposed to by way of this multi-faceted very professionally polished promotional ad. No more! My reply to Zynga's non-action is my promotion of a boycott of all that is Zynga.

The only way a game can have payout to players is by using only game of skill. Any other way such as random winners or rigged games, makes it gambling. They are obviously breaking the law by rigging the games to try and get you to use more money. A logistic scientist can easily show that there nothing random about the game play. They manipulate games so you will lose 5 or more times in a row with no way to solve or play out the cards. Then when you run out of money and start playing the free version, you start having hands where you finish every game. They have member profiles rigged so you cannot get your points transferred into game play. They say to verify your email but no email ever comes. When you try to add your phone number it shows Afghanistan. It will not allow you to select your country from drop down. I have built up a lot of points and wanted to convert to game play but they never send email. I tried it prob 50 times. Had others try theirs too and they got no email either. They think we are stupid and will not follow up but that's not the way I play. Anybody want to file a class action, I will join. Also complaints filed w the fcc for manipulating the cards violates the skill rule a d They are illegally gambling. The fines for that alone could be huge. Get real people. Fight back.

I have played zynga poker of years. Recently noticed that my ratio of win: lose=1:15. Compared to the usual 1:4.
Ive heard this decline in wins is due to retaining paying customers. I have paid for chips in the past and win ratio was was 1:4, sometimes 1:2 for good plays.
Paid recently and still get 1:10 to 1:15.
Now it DOESNT MATTER.
House advantage seems to go to these faceless players (avatars).
Also, the bonus slot machine. NO ONE HAS EVER WON THE MAX LISTED
I am done and I warn any future players to stay away!

Games are intended to be fun! Zynga thinks fun, fairness, customer service along with any other adjectives used to define game or fun are not important! Playing Zynga GAMES costs $100-$300 per hour to play and are rigged. You can make a $10.00 purchase and play their games only to receive no big wins, no bonus, no free spins no nothing make your $10.00 purchase gone in 2-3 minutes! Going through money you've allotted for games for the entire month in less than an hour is ridiculous! Games are supposed to be fun, I'm not saying you should win every time but there needs to be some give and take (some winning and losing to create a fun experience and have people coming back, and this is missing from all Zynga games) think about it people pay to play and all they can receive for their hard earned money is to have a little fun for an hour or two. It's not like the coins Zynga is "giving you for your $10 bucks or $100" has any type of monetary value to anyone but Zynga. We give real money and receive fictitious coins in return, so why do you make it harder to win a bonus game Playing with fictitious coins than it is playing "for real" at an actual casino?
