Had to wait at least 25 minutes to speak to a representative in customer service. She was very gracious and listened carefully to me ~~~ both that thee packaging can be assembled better, that UPS is reckless with boxes Etc but thee end result was beyond my expectations ~~~ the real Real has excellent customer service!
