My mother purchased a mother's 3-piece set. My mother became very ill and literally lost 50 pounds in the course of 3 months because she was dying after we purchased the item. I called David's Bridal to see if we could exchange the dress for a smaller size and because it was outside of the return window they couldn't and wouldn't do anything. I was very disappointed that they couldn't help me. I understand they have a return policy, but I wasn't asking for my money back, just a simple exchange. It wasn't like she changed her mind about it or lost weight on purpose. They showed no compassion or sympathy for my situation and didn't want to help in any way. I will never go back to this place again.
