Just finished a phone call with a Hebrew talking representative, a plus for Israeli businesses. The call was short and to the point, but it was following a bad taste after not receiving any answer to my question for over a week on the community forum and on a private message on Facebook Messenger. Please improve your response times.
Also, Payoneer uses custhelp.com for customer care, a system which supports creating tickets. I didn't manage to find the ticket opening option. Please enable ticket opening.
One last thing: I found the "Call Us" page not by the internal search, but by an external Google Search. This should be improved too.
