I was finally able to speak to a Representative after seven days' attempt. My wonderful representative, Christian, was absolutely patient and fantastically helpful.
My account was opened in 2017 before the many changes are done by Payoneer. Therefore, I was unable to get access to any tabs (receive/send payments, etc). Christian ensured that I was satisfied and problems were rectified.
Unfortunately, we got disconnected.
I look forward to a successful experience with Payoneer in the future and expect that the future of Payoneer continues to provide developing opportunities to everyone (including Educators) to have a smooth experience with their online businesses with receiving and making payments.
