Ordered prints for Christmas cards. Order never arrived and customer service incompetent with zero follow thru. Went thru Paypal who immediately refunded me. On a side note, Paypal listed an 800 number for Snapfish. I called it… it was a sex talk line!
They have issues with both their website and customer service. They made an error of omission on my necklace, would not accept any responsibility, then have take over a month to correct the error, making it necessary for me to follow up multiple times. This will be my last order from them. Also, find it strange they have ~3200 5 star ratings, and over 800 1 star ratings... most having to do with very poor customer service.
They are a scam company with zero integrity. They did not ship and only refunded 50% of my order, though I never received it.
These are counterfeit bags! They pad charges--adding to the invoiced amounts, and do not delivery in their promised 7 days. The bag i ordered came with the label glued on upside down and backward. The website looked legit, but it operated by theives in china
