Needed my helmet for the weekend so I ordered accordingly but unfortunately the package was delayed I think because it had so many stops along the way it came 4 days late which isn't to bad but should of just did next day to play it safe
The team is very helpful and informative but I misunderstood the web site and ordered the wrong obd plug for my 2023 zx6r and had to send it back. I've not received the right plug yet nor a refund but other than that cycle gear will always be my go to shop

Had to do a little fact-finding between site videos, reviews, and sizing charts because AlpineStar is notorious for weird sizing, but I was able to get a jacket and pants set that fit me perfectly. Both parts arrived ahead of schedule and were in mint condition. I could not be more satisfied, although I had to do a lot of careful sizing consideration up front.

Cycle Gear delivered as promised. Every part of the process went well. Love their sales! Very happy with the product as well. Took other customers suggestion of putting a shop rag over the wheel stops to avoid the wheel sticking when removing the bike from the stand. Perfect!
Always deliver as promised!
Great value for the money. Works as advertised.

Would be a 5 if more tire sizes were in stock. A little cumbersome to enter your tire size and then find they either don't have both front and back. Would be nice to just enter the make and model of motorcycle?
Reliable and fair.

I got exactly what I ordered, on time and the pick up was easy. I added an extra product while at the store and the team installed it for me immediately and everything works perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase and can't wait to ride and use it!
Friend recommended CycleGear.
Shoei helmet was recommended to me as well.

The good, Shipping was a lot faster than expected, product seems to be good. The bad and ugly... The box looks like it was ripped open 3 times and re-taped, the side of the box was torn open to the point to can just reach in and grab whatever. Glad I have trustworthy neighbors.
I'll still order from them, hopefully it's just a one time thing.

Worst mod I've ever done to a motorcycle in my life. Makes a good highway motorcycle absolutely terrible. I can't believe this thing is actually being sold to unsuspecting riders. The buffeting it creates is astonishing. Unfortunately even though I consider the windscreen defective considering it does exactly the opposite of what it's supposed to do cycle gear will not allow you to return it. They won't allow you to return a product you used. Unfortunately the only way to learn just how defective this pos is it to install it and ride the bike.don't waste your money on this this product.
My cousin gave me a gift card.
I was uninformed about how bad the Puig windscreen would make my motorcycle.

Didn't have what i needed in store but was quick to fix that by placing an order for in store pickup. Came a day earlier and was notified the moment it came in store. Definitely a great shopping experience

Shopping is convenient with the RPM membership. Free shipping and free returns give some peace of mind when shopping for apparel or big ticket items. Hope I get my moneys worth for the length of the subscription
I have one near I can go and actually try things on
I am involved enough in motorcycling to need new tools/gear/apparel/parts every year

The carrier for some of the products was fed ex and they suck, but that's not cycle gears fault. I had to return one of the items to my local cycle gear store to go down a size, and the employees were very helpful and worked fast.

After spending some time scrolling this website looking for what I want (there is substantial selection!) I found it at my dealer and this site had it online. But after enrolling to save 10% of my first purchase, I found out that 10% applied to SELECT items and what I wanted was ineligible. So that was a bit disappointing. I still made my purchase, but the let down after the detour at checkout sucked.
Had what I wanted in (probably) my size.

From visiting the store to select a new, and expensive, helmet, staff were there when I needed them and out of the way when I didn't. Gave me valuable opinions and made it a smooth experience. Then, when the helmet arrived at the store, they installed the intercom system, cleaned everything and the helmet was ready to go, no worries. Great experience overall.
I've bene shopping there for decades.

Using the tracking information daily, noticed the delivery date kept getting pushed back 3 days. Not a big deal. When I opened the box, I loved the trainers. Yet, one boot had a cut on the side and the other had scuff marks on the toe area.
Very polite, straight to the point and informative.
The only provider I found that had the trainers in stock that I was shopping for.
These trainers are the second/improved version of the pair I want to replace.

Boots were out of stock but the very helpful store sales person ordered boots for me and they were shipped to store. Got an email when they arrived, went by store to try them on and pick up. Don't know the sales person's name, but she was knowledgeable of product line and was very pleasant and helpful.
Store is close to me and been going there for many years
Looked at adventure boots online and like reviews on Forma boots

The original helmet I ordered was not in stock even though the website said it was. CycleGear gave me $15.00 credit for my troubles so I used that to buy basically the same helmet with different colors. They didn't have to do that, but they went above and beyond! I'll definitely be a returning customer!
They have a local store near me that I shop at but didn't carry the helmet I wanted. You could only order online.
Safety, Quality and it looks cool.

Everything worked out smoothly, but the pants are a bit big so I'm ordering the next size down. With knee braces and hip pads, off road pants can be a little tough to size right, so I'm not surprised I have to try another. I'm glad I can return what doesn't work and my local CG store.
CH had what I was looking for and at a good price.
I wanted certain features in an off road pant and CG ended up having some that fit the bill.

Shoutout to everyone at Cycle Gear in Plano, Tx. Those guys are awesome and always helpful. They have helped me many times including fit checking helmets/jackets to make sure size is good and they're very knowledgeable in things like electronic accessories.
Good prices. RPM discount. Good selection. Buying stuff in person is preffered.
As a gift for a family member. I buy personal bike gear from here as well.

The crew at my local Cycle Gear was fantastic. I'm not a hard core supermoto rider. I'm 57 years old but my Suzuki drz400sm is growing on me and this pipe increased a bit of horsepower, nothing crazy but the sound is amazing over stick and I couldn't be much happier. Thanks all!
Because it’s nice to have something to walk into physically and locally to see motorcycle stuff. The online experience is convenient and all but to see and feel things doesn’t compare to the ease of online.
I wanted something low key. FMF makes a great product and the Q4 is the perfect balance of performance and sound I was after. Sure there’s more power and louder sound but this fit MY needs.

I had been looking for a new helmet to replace an aging Nolan and saw Schuberth C3, on sale, with CycleGear. As this was a closeout, sizes were limited and given their shape, I wasn't quite sure what I needed. I called your Richmond, VA store and spoke with Joe, who was very helpful. He had the size I 'thought' I needed, but not the color. He set it aside and I rode over the next day to try it on. It fit and he was able to source the proper color in another location and have it shipped to my home. He went above and beyond in helping me with what was, for me anyway, a fairly large investment. I have done business with CycleGear over the years and always been pleased with the service and products.
Wide selection, terrific customer service, and competitive pricing.

HJC helmet arrived quickly. It fits well. It's my 2nd HJC of the same model. Only problem is that the helmet stinks, literally. The odor inside the helmet is almost unbearable. I've aired it out for 3 days now. It's a little better but still bad. I may have to remove all internal padding and wash it with scented soap. Smell like plastic vomit!
Hopefully it will dissipate, otherwise I'll have you return it. My 1st HJC did not have an odor.
Local store. Good selection and great staff.
This is my second purchase of the same model helmet. I knew it would fit and be comfortable.

For the money this is one of the best wind blocker jackets I've ever bought, first time wearing it was for a toy run and it was in the mid 20s when I left my house and had a 20 mile ride just to meeting spot, then after our toy run and ride back home it was still in the mid to lower 40s and I was sweating when I got home! Used it as a base layer and had my normal leather riding coat on top and t shirt underneath! Worked amazing will be buying more axial gear in the very near future!
Closeness, availability, price, and the guys working there actually ride
Guys I ride with bought it earlier in the day just didn’t have my size in store but did online so i ordered it as soon as i got home bc they all put theirs on and they loved it and kept them warm

I had used full-face helmets for decades and always fought with the sun heading eastward in the morning. Watching Norily on Itchy Boots convinced me to try a visored hat and having worn Arai for many years as well, bought the XD- 5. Shoulda gone that way long ago.

The staff at cycle gear on Beach Boulevard are the greatest. They called me once the package came into the store. I tried on the pants before I took it home. They offered for me to return if it did not fit. The pant fit as it should a little bit long, but that usually happens for us short kings.
