I cannot rate the tea as it is a gift so I don't know the quality. However, I can tell you I was pleased with the ease of ordering. Also, the items arrived as described and in a timely manner. Thank you.

I have not recieved three boxes that were supposed to have been delivered on the 17th Dec? Only the 6 boxes were delivered today and they were in good condition.

My order finally arrived after over a week. For edible items, that is ridiculous. I received a puddle of melted chocolate and I am very upset.

For the fact that my order was for chocolate and this is the summer, I would think that better insulting packaging would have been used. Or at the very least, the items should have be delivered quickly but nope.

To make it worse, they selected the slowest and worst shipping method possible "UPS mail innovations".

I NEVER leave reviews for anything but for this one, I had to speak up. I was really looking forward to getting my treats but I am so disappointed. Shame on you guys!

Order arrived without breakage. Last company I ordered from had to refund. Theirs arrived broken even tho huge red fragile sign on both sides of package.

Price of mincemeat is getting way to high and it's my favorite purchase every Christmas.

I placed my second order. The items I ordered came super fast compared to other online stores I've ordered from. Expiration dates were also excellent and everything was shipped perfectly with no damage

Fast shipping, nothing expired, good experience. We shop here every year for our favorite items that we cannot find locally. As Ex Pats we enjoy having English goodies that remind us of home and make Christmas special.

One of the Fruit Pastille tubes arrived open with the sweets in the bottom of the box, I called and spoke with a nice lady, she sent a replacement. Thank you.

They're amazing in what they carry from cookies to teapots and so many teas. Orders are filled and shipped in a timely manner, arriving ready to enjoy the moment you open the box. Their jam/preserves selection is great with reasonable pricing. Hard to resist temptation thus one visit is not enough.

They are selection is very nice. Delivery was fast. Their prices were far superior to any other site selling Bewley's Drinking Chocolate. I probably should not have bought four containers. The product is not expired but the expiration date is in a couple months. I doubt we use four containers by December.

Last year's order of a half-dozen jars of an Irish tomato relish arrived mostly smashed. The English Tea Store graciously refunded my money but best of all, you listened to my feedback about packaging. I tried again in September, and was delighted to have my favorite relish arrive in perfect condition. Each jar was separately wrapped and the entire package well-insulated. In addition, the service was quick. I'll definitely be back!

I am glad that I can still buy Bird's custard online while all the supermarkets where I live don't carry it anymore. English Tea store has better price for the products than other places and the shipping was fast.

I ordered preserves which were damaged in transit. The English Tea Store replaced these immediately and followed up afterward to be sure I received them and was satisfied. Great service and caring attitude!

Very slow delivery. I didn't hear for over a week.Then I finally got email that it would arrive by 7 pm that evening, but it was actually another 24 hours after that. All three boxes of tea were beaten up as if someone had played football with them. The tea tasted fine anyway.

This is the second time I have ordered from this store. I cannot lie, Amazon has spoiled me with their super quick shipping of items however, I had a very hard time finding this item and at a good price. Thank goodness English Tea Store offers this brand and at a good price. Shipping was average. But the best part, they followed up to make sure I got the tea. Most businesses just sell the item with never a follow up. I'm impressed and will continue to do business with this fine establishment!

Superior service and high quality products. Excellent tea ( of course), and lovely treats from England you would have a hard time finding elsewhere. My go to, online store for many years. Not one problem or complaint yet!

So far, my experience has been great with this store. The tea is really good quality and I appreciate the variety. Some are pricey but I also appreciate the sample sizes. I'll definitely continue shopping here.

The only issue with the McVities Digestives cookies is that they disappear far too quickly! They need to be locked up and the key given to someone else. Perhaps it should have a package warning message.

Please stock regular Earl Gray without the creme or vanilla.

I am enjoying the TEAS. It is exciting to look forward to each shipment.
But, please don't send me any more Honey Sticks. I am not sure how to use them.
Other goodies or favorites are fine which I enjoy.

This is our go-to site for al things Ireland/UK. Their prices are very fair and the selection is extensive, certainly enough to satisfy us. Service is terrific; 1 of the jars arrived broken & was rapidly replaced, free of charge.

One of my favorite tea stores! Long time customer. We really enjoy almost everything we have bought here. Sales are good and there is a lot to choose from in the non-caffeine category which is very helpful.

There are many unique teas that we enjoy very much.

Overall the experience was very good one of the 4 jars of marmalade I ordered was smashed (not just broken but completely shattered)let customer service know and they took care of it quickly so it turned out ok. In future I hope they think wrap multiple glass jars separately though.

I have had this chocolate bar before which is what brought me to this site to order it! This candy is delicious, it's hard to describe. However, my husband (who doesn't even like chocolate) was the one requesting it so that should speak for itself! The shipping was quick and packaged very well. The chocolate was surprisingly not melted upon delivery, however I did pick it up at the mailbox the same day it was delivered so if ordering I would just be cautious not to let it sit in the heat for too long! Overall great experience!

Easy to order, no issues with shipping. Great selection of teas and treats. Items arrived in good condition - including cookies (not broken) and jam (glass jar properly packaged for shipping and not broken). One package of cookies tasted old and off, like they had been stored too long or maybe in the heat too long. So, I might not order food items again but I would definitely purchase tea again.

I ordered 17 teapots for family Christmas gifts. On arrival seven had no lids. While a replacement order was quickly shipped one still came with no lid. The most problematic issue was that I noticed only initial checkout my social security was showing up on my account. Not sure why so I'm left a chat line message for explanation and an email before the shipment was processed. To my shock it was clearly displayed in the shipping label. I immediately called and thought customer service had effectively removed it from the "company" name in my profile however it still appeared on each box I subsequently received. It is still showing on this survey request! This is shocking and totally unacceptable- at this point I will no longer order anything else from English tea store.

I spoke with customer service several times and the shipping labels continued to arrive with my social security number displayed.
