As I need to be near work when I travel to Knoxville, I have chosen this hotel every time. Every aspect is easy to do and the employees are always very helpful and extremely nice. I look forward to staying here each time.
I have stay at Courtyard Cedar Bluff on several occasions and always have a easy booking, checking in and out. My stay is always enjoyable. Pricing is very reasonable and accomodations are always clean and well done.

They intentionally make their website look like the actual hotel you're wanting to reserve. When you discover that it isn't - they refuse to refund you. I literally called 30 min after booking and they refused to assist me. An absolutely horrible company that is a complete scam!

Booked a room with what I thought was the hotel reservation line turns out I got this third party booking site. End up not needing the room but they tell me after the fact that I can't cancel. Great company. Do your self a favour and use Travelocity or one of the other companies. At least they let you cancel 48 hours before.

Everyone at Apache Gold from the front desk personnel, as well as the Club card counter, everyone is very helpful and pleasant. We enjoy Apache Gold as a little get away. Although, the Casino itself, all personnel on floor also very pleasant, the machines not so much, unfortunately.
Have not had a chance for a little "get away" and decided to visit our friends at Apache Gold. It had been a while...

But then there's a note on Resort Fee being owed to hotel upon check in. No details on the "resort fee" and then find out after reservation made it adds another $50 fee per night to the total. Really needs to be disclosed and clearly stated up front prior to purchase. Otherwise, it's quite shady in not knowing what the added fees actually are ($1.00 or could be $1,000.00, or?).

I do have a question. My husband is going on for surgery Tuesday Jan. 7th. We are staying Monday night, 6th, so we don't have to travel to the hospital in Traverse City early a.m. on the 7 th. My son is coming in from California and my daughter from Indiana so we will stay until my husband is released. Hope and expectation is the 9th.
