Getting my Daisy Mae certified to be with me where ever I go is a huge benefit to me and her. She is happier and healthy, her anxiety seemed very hard on her body. I chose Support Pets because they have a lengthy history with the BBB and past customers have attested to the ease of getting their animals registered. I also love that this was something that I could afford due to being on disability. My cats are my world and they help me maintain my depression and anxiety daily.

Great outlet / resource. Not only has this been a very informative experience but also user friendly. A doctor responded to my request within 24 hours which makes all the difference when it comes to a subject of this matter. Furthermore, being someone that constantly has anxiety, along with all the correlations as such this process felt direct and to the point without the added stressful factors pertaining to constant phone calls or having to give too much information that may raise red flags. I would definitely recommend to others.
After reading the high rated user reviews, I felt support plus best fit my needs.

Support Pets are prompt in getting your documents to you. Their fee is reasonable. The documents are accepted at doctors offices, hotels and grocery stores. That's where I've shown them and was given full access without any problems. Highly Recommended!

I have been searching for places to go with my babies and live comfortably or visit comfortably but as so many places are anti pet, it is extremely difficult. I have a hard time on my own and without my dogs by my side I can barely function with every day life. Support pets changes everything even for someone like me.

I had no issues with the quiz or payment process. Those were great. I jus wish some of the other things not included could have been included, like the tag that had to be paid for separately. Thanks though. The overall experience was good.

Excellent customer service, Quick response time with questions and always very helpful. I would say that the website is a little difficult to navigate when it comes to looking at purchasing accessories (ID card, vest) after your initial processing. Other than that I would recommend this site to anyone looking for ESA assistance.

You resolved the issue of both dogs but I see no mention about paying $107.99 & then being charged another $142.99 for what? Could not afford to spend more at this time & did not order anything else so I want the extra charge of $142.99 returned. It caused an overdraft to the card. Thank you

It is a good idea. Now days it's practically impossible to find rentals that allow dogs & then charge you alot of extra money & it doesn't seem fair when most pet owners consider them as family

I had a great experience with support pets. They got my ESA done quickly and resolved some payment concerns I had and even refunded me since I unselected options that I didn't know I did. I really appreciated there help. Excellent customer service!

Getting my documentation was super fast and easy, the only thing I'm struggling with is the documents provided did not list a specific disability and isn't a valid forum for the leasing company that owns our new house

I suffer from a lot mental health issues and never had someone by my side to help ease the problems & limit to stopping hurting myself. Having Raine eases so much of my problems and knowing she knows how I'm feeling she automatically comes to cheer me up. I'm grateful to her.
Needed someone by my side but was never sure but my adopted sister recommended Support Pets to help me get someone to stay by side and help me by having my animal registered to be by side to help me through my mental health issues. Support Pets have been a big relief of help & understanding.

I have recently joined ESA! I had put off doing so because I wasn't sure I would be approved!
The questions they ask was very easy to answer plus being approved was great!
They have everything you do very simple to do right online. It goes step by step helping you to get your dog sat up with the right harness size. The lease and your if card comes with it!
Their customer services people were really helpful and they answered all my questions!
I wish I had done this sooner so my Chloe could have been going with more!
