Tarps Now

I ordered and received 3 ' heavy duty' concrete insulated blankets (tarps) 12'x25'. Upon inspection it's clear the outer tarp material is far from heavy duty but is the lightest duty open weave tarp material possible. I expect a poor service life for this product.
Further, their standard ground shipping via UPS cost far more than UPS actually charges. The packages were 28# and 14# respectively and certainly wouldn't have cost $182 to ground ship from MI to NY. The tarps themselves are not worth what I paid and the inflated shipping cost just added to their profit. I can't be bothered fighting with them to get a refund since the shipping wouldn't be part of any refund...a sneaky way to reduce returns and make more money. I won't do business again with this company as they misrepresented their quality and by inflating shipping cost, it discourages returns.

Never have I had to wait so long for a product to be made much less shipped!
Put in an order for a as they would call it "custom made" tarp although it already has a category and sizes in a drop down list - doesn't seem like custom made to me! I will be waiting about 6 weeks from the time my order went in for a "custom order" till the item goes out. It also states on the website that the tarps are
Made in the USA. With that kind of turnaround time I would not be surprised if the long wait time is because they are being shipped over from China.

If you need any thing quickly ( quicker than 6 weeks) find someone else.
