In any case, we were looking at upgrading the pans, so I thought, "Why not?" But I'm also working on learning how to use the vegetable shredder. It's always sort of runny when I make the potatoes. Also, there's a large crack on the induction cooker and I didn't note it because it was one of the last parts I stopped using. I didn't find it until I had spilled some flour and got caught up in the crack. I don't know if it came that way, or if there's anything I'm not aware of that got dropped on it.
The customer service is horrible. They say they will call back with infomraton but they never do. They say they will price match but be careful because they will quote you a price to beat that is more than the price they are supposed to be beating (maybe they think I wouldn't check). Stay away.
Cookware.com offered me "free shipping" then shipped the wrong thing, then they charged me a whopping 37% to return it! They claimed 37% was only "the outbound shipping cost" and that they could have charged me return shipping also! What a ripoff!
