So when i first came across hairplayground, I was excited because they have great hair at prices I can afford. What I love about them is they have hair at every length, texture and color imaginable. I ordered my hair February 25 its March 21 still no hair. When I try to get in contact with them they don't respond back but when I write a negative review that's when they want to email you to delete your review. I can't get my money back. They cheated me about the buy 4 bundles get 4 free. You only get the first 4 of your choice and they pick the other 4 length. I'm very upset and disappointed with this company, I will never purchase any hair from them ever again.

The survey questions were very simple. Question #1 was my favorite. Getting my hair done makes me feel amazing inside & out. I can't wait to experience the hair from Hairplayground.com! I found hair playground through my instagram account because I was just feel in love with their curly wefted hair I had seen in pictures on their account. Before placing an order they responded very fast with correct and accurate answers, which made me feel confident and comfortable to order fromwthe company. This hair place is a scam. They lie to you on the phone and tell you that you will get it between 4-5 days. Even after you ask about the 15-25 days on the website. They say oh no it never takes that long! I ordered mine February 11th and here it is March 17th and they have not even shipped it yet. Now they are telling me it may take longer than 25 days. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

I found Hair Playground on IG & I love how they have reasonable prices and good specials. I also think it's great that they show the hair after its been, cut, colored & style. A lot of sites will just show you nothing but bundles of hair, but with Hair Playground I can see how the hair is actually being worn. (And that gives me ideas on how to maybe wear the hair and more incentive to want to buy!

In all honest, I really like this company. Hairplayground really stays on top of there game. Being a customer of there product i can really say there hair quality was on point. For example i bought the Malaysian 16'&18' weave hair last fall. I had no problems with it. And stay till this day i still have the hair. I have dyed it four times colors you wont dare try.and the Product still Haven't give me much of a Problem. I like there service their very helpful -lilnistaaylivee

Hairplayground is harassing me because I "slandered" the company. I assume it's the owner that is continuously calling/texting my phone at 2 am. They're pissed off because I gave an honest review and I said how I felt and now I'm getting "sued". When clearly I have recorded conversations on the hostility the lady on the phone had. And I have every email and text message from the company showing the harassment. So this company should really stop while they're ahead.

Hair Playground is the best site to buy hair from. They are super nice and very helpful. The hair is very good quality and is sold at a very good price considering the great quality of the hair. The customer service is awesome and they are always trying to make sure there customers are satisfied.

I paid $150 for some raggedy tracks. They are fraud and need to be shut down. They selling some sample track for the price of whole bundles. Then the customer people are so rude. In the picture below is exactly what they sent me. What am I suppose to do with that. They need to be reported.

I order all of my virgin hair from hair playground. I receive it in a timely matter and they offer great customer service. I love that you can't text them and get automatic responses. Hair play ground has yet to let me down and I wouldn't shop anywhere else!

I texted their 347 number to ask about a silktop frontal. What a mistake! I asked for a picture and was sent one bad pic and when I asked for another was told one pic per order! At that point I knew they were full of it so I texted back "no deal" and then I got sent a pic of a LACE frontal along with about 3 invoices to paypal. WTH! I stopped answering and for the next 30 minutes they continued texting me and telling me I was a: player and nvr intended to buy! I had to block their number! Stay away from this company!
