I was so skeptical when I started the headspace trial but it actually helped me immensely with my insomnia issues. I've had trouble falling asleep my whole life and nothing short of prescription sleeping pills have helped in the past. Now that I'm using headspace I only need melatonin, and only a small dose. I never in a million years would have thought I'd be off Ambien and falling asleep without the help of a strong sleep aid. So happy I found this!
