I did the color quiz. I was wowed by the primer and concealer and how little was required when applying but the Foundation color received was slightly too light and grey. I emailed customer support and got an immediate reply with options: for color correction assistance and/ refund. After answering questions they sent me another foundation color 175 that was perfect! At 60 years of age I love the natural look! I've never experienced a company that provides this kind of product and service.

Was given an email (Mon 4/22/2024 8:13 AM) with a BOGO deal for $100 and an e-code. Ended up not getting the $100 off but only the $59 off the lowest priced item. Not very happy with that outcome.

I have tried many products and love how often I am notified about new products. I've never been let down by Il Makiage. As for the new products that I receive and try, I get great results every time and I've truly never found a foundation that matches so perfectly and wears all day. Now I'm exploring more products and moisturizers and looking forward to trying the hand creams. I look forward to more remarkable results. Watching the ads for this these woman look flawless and they tell you the great coverage you get. Not with this. I decided to try it and it is no difference between this and the numerous other foundations I have. As a matter of fact Neutrogena foundation has better coverage. They don't tell you that final look you see they also have finishing powder and blush on. I will never buy this again. Very deceptive commercials.

Not only this time, but every time I inquire about a product or promotion they get back to me within 24 hours. They take the time to fix things or explain how it works. It's nice to find dependable businesses still exist. This time I was having trouble with a coupon code. They did their magic and provided an extra place I could copy the code from to ensure it was correct for pasting. I'm super appreciative.

Did the color match test, received my foundation. Unfortunately it was a bit off, but customer service not only took care of me, they let me keep the first color, immediately shipped out the next shade, then sent me a $25 code to redeem for 'not getting it right the first time.' This company has treated me better than any company ever has. The foundation is absolutely perfect. Feels so light weight but has all the coverage I need. I've been recommending it to all of my friends.

I highly recommend the Woke Up Like This foundation. The color matches my skin and skin tones perfectly. Great smooth texture for easy application. It feels great on the skin; not heavy like some foundations I have tried in the past. It did take a little longer to receive my package but for the extra wait they sent me a 15% coupon to use on my next order. Love the try before you buy option but I'm keeping this foundation for sure!

I tried their foundation due to their return policy. I received the product 8 days ago and tried it four times. I don't care for it. It's thick and makes my skin look flaky. It also caused burning to my face. They refused to accept the return, and offered me $50 in additional product instead. I am initiating a dispute on my card. It took a long time to ship to me and they are saying I had the product for too long. It's barely used! I will never purchase from this brand again. Unethical!

My experience placing an order was frustrating. I received an offer for 10% off, but no matter how many times I left the site and logged back in, I was never given the opportunity to apply the code before checking out. I eventually proceeded without the discount. I also did not appreciate the numerous prompts to add products and recurring subscriptions after I placed my order and before it was accepted. If I like the products, I will reorder, I don't need high pressure sales. Finally, I have not received one update on the status of the order.

Since i found this site of outstanding and flawless makeup to be inexpensive and rewarding, coming from personal usage and experience, one can find what they are looking for (foundation, eye products, lip colors, etc.) and ordering very simple, receiving always in a timely manner! I shared with my friends and not only am i glad i found this site just from browsing online. I am very pleased on ordering whenever i need a specific product.

I have now ordered primer, plumping lip gloss, foundation, and waiting for a new moisturizer. Their process is seamless, try it before you buy it is fantastic. The first foundation I received was just a little too light, they sent me a new one based on my input and sent a foundation that matches perfectly! Their customer service is great. Not too many companies like this around anymore!

I highly recommend your product- cannot wait to try the mascara. Finding good coverage that allows your face to breathe and not feel like you are wearing a mask is hard to find. Especially when you are trying to minimize pores. Thank you for truly meeting this challenge. It's much appreciated. I will now where makeup again from time to time as I have not worn it for over 20 years.

I've used various tanners for years, but this one is by far the easiest, most perfect one! It sounded too good to be true, and I was skeptical at first, but finally decided to try it. It arrived quickly, and I was definitely surprised at the ease of applying, no clean up for hands, and the beautiful shade of tan it gave me. There is almost no smell, but a faint hint of vanilla. Today I just ordered another bottle and put it on a subscription.

I have purchased several items from Il Makiage and I really like their products. I would rate the products 4 to 5 stars, but their business model makes me crazy. It's like dealing with a sleazy pushy salesperson. You can't check out until you have been asked a half dozen times if you want to add this or that, or sign up for auto replenish. I just want to buy what I want and get on with my life. Also once your order is finally placed be prepared for several emails, per day!
Your products are great, but man are you annoying!

******* This was my order number. I did notice some plumpness in the lips but I also had a reaction above my mouth all the way to the nose.
I only aplied it to the lips. First time using so I will wait and see how long this reaction will last.
Although I haven't had much luck with your products I still reordered because you have an excellent customer service and I can buy with confidence.

I contacted customer service and they got back with me quickly and effectively. They were SO nice and respectful. They immediately sent my products to the correct address upon discovering they were accidentally delivered elsewhere. They fixed the issue within 5 minutes. I received the makeup in a few days and wore it for the first time today. I got compliments that my makeup looks good and so fresh! I love it so far.

I ordered and waited 10 business days. USPS never received the order. I had to request a new order. They didn't even follow thru. They will send it, but if something happens and the other is received I'll be charged double. I'm afraid that is exactly what will happen. In this day and age (Amazon) you'd think the shipping and receiving process could be a little more efficient. They have offered a $20 gift card for the issue. Let's see what happens. If all is a success, I will follow up with another review.

I am a new customer of Il Makiage, I am trying their foundation & concealer. Amazing how they picked the perfect shade. First tried them this morning. I need to give it a few days, but believe I am in love. Just placed an order for their Power Rewind Eye Tightner & Eyebrow Pencil. All great reviews. This company has great customer service & lets you have a 14 day trial period before actually purchasing. This works for me 💕

All the hype about everything the product does,
Blur pores: lie
Flawless look in between fine lines: lie
Moisture with serum: true
Moisture with makeup: true
Makeup coverage: 50% true.
Look 10 to 20 years younger: lie makeup streaks in feature wrinkle, cakie appearance under eyes, smile lines, forehead etc. no smooth appearance at all.

Definitely not ordering again, so please respect the fact that I did not sign up for automatic purchases.

After trying my first purchase of After Party, I slightly disappointed because I felt like it wasn't the correct shade. After contacting customer service, they responded the next day. They immediately sent me the Woke Up this Way, told me to keep the original and sent me a $50 gift card which I used for the face primer. Can't wait until I receive it! Awesome products with exceptional customer service!

I have been on an auto ship subscription for 2 products, for just over a year. I now have a stockpile, my fault. I emailed the company to return my last shipment. Since I am 1 day past the 30 day window, they declined my option to return the $90 worth of products. This would lead me to believe there is a minimal shelf life if they are not even willing to work with someone who has been a patron of their business for over a year. There are better products from better companies. Go get them.

I like the makeup; however, lipstick and other additions have been added without my permission. Also, I moved and stopped receiving the shipments for a year. When I finally realized that I was still being charged they won't refund the money or send me the makeup I never received. Now they won't even cancel my order and again sent me a thank you for your order with the lipstick that I don't want! Irritating
