The product I ordered was exactly what I needed to replace a broken control board in ab otherwise working monitor. It has been a couple months since I received and installed the part and it's still going strong.
The TV part I purchased from this site contained the wrong photo which led me to believe it was the correct part. After receiving the part I quickly knew this was not the part I needed. The part number was correct but I was trusting in the photo. The support person/owner was very responsive and offered to return my money after the product was shipped back. I opted to discard the part due to expense of shipping compared to money returned. I knocked off 1 additional star due to them refusing to acknowledge that the picture on Ebay and what I received were NOT the same. It is extremely important that these vendors post the correct photos for their items.

I don't know if there were missing parts or what but the ACER monitor that I have that this piece is supposed to fit keeps falling off the stand. On the stand, the monitor is about an inch or less from the desk it sits on. We are trying to make it work. There were no instructions or other parts.

Part was defective, Had to ship part back. Was told when they received part back I would be refunded. Had to threaten in order to get my refund. Very poor customer service. Will not buy from this Vendor again.
We are unaware of any issue with this customer. His only purchase was in November 2018 (4 months ago) and it was bought through the listing on Ebay. And refund would have been issued in accordance with Ebay refund policy.

Awhile back, my aunt's Dell monitor developed faint, thin red, green and blue vertical lines spaced across the screen. They were more of a nuisance than anything, but aggravating enough that it needed to either be repaired or replaced. I despise how product design and people's general attitudes toward most things they own is geared toward replacement and expendability. Hardly anyone seems to try and fix things anymore, but in most cases with the help of the Internet, the parts to fix most things are at least available to you if you want to try.
That was not true in the case of the main board for the Dell S2216M monitor. Maybe a lot of these boards had faced similar issues, so replacements were quickly depleted. This monitor was a fairly standard, reasonably-priced 22-inch monitor sold at Best Buy (and likely other major retailers) in 2016, not some obscure model that one would expect to have issues finding replacement parts for. Finally, after searching some product codes printed on the main board PCB, I was able to find one, just ONE, across everything on the Internet that Google knew to search and it was from MoreTVParts and the blessed gentleman that decided to save the board from a monitor that had stopped working for other reasons. The board was in pristine condition, it was packaged well and shipped out the following day. Most importantly, it fixed the video issue that the monitor was having and cost about a fourth of what a similar, basic 22-inch monitor would have cost ($24 versus ~$100). I am truly appreciative of his time and effort to create his online store and stock good parts as he runs across them, it allowed us to avoid disposing of yet another electronic device long before it was due for replacement.
Right part to the product working like new. The only negative where long delivery. But its understandable with all taxes and clearens. 30 dollar buy, 140 dollar when delivery. But its ok. Thanks

I asked about a return but no info was given in regards to a return of the part. So,obviously they won't take back returns. The person that I spoke with tried to help but they didn't have the switch part of the monitor.
We do accept return. Return policy is on the site and a return portal for return. Only return issue we have had (less than 3) are for customer wanting to return items significantly past the return period (3 months or more).
Product arrived as expected, and was as promised, would use again. Great experience.
