I bought something a few years ago and there was never a problem. Now I ordered a Christmas gift on November 30th and it never came (is in another city apparently since December 7th). I have sent 2 mails and never got a reply. Very disappointing.
My order is paid for but not been shipped, there is no way to contact them. Their email does not work. In fact it does not exist according the google.
Prana Heart does not have a responsive customer service. Finally recieved product after waiting 6 months. Supposedly shipped on 1/25. Product is not garnet, but cheap red beads.

I ordered multiple items in August and still haven't received anything, nor any response to my emails. I have made several attempts just to receive an updated status and have been ignored. The pandemic has impacted shipping/delivery and disrupted business operations overall, so I understand things happen. But to ignore me altogether - that's tacky and unprofessional.

Prior to this experience I would have gladly referred Prana Heart to everyone. I’ve ordered from them before and came to love their products. I am so disheartened now. It’s one thing to be delayed, it’s another to not communicate with the customer and/or provide assurances. All I have an now is money missing from my account. Be careful.

I ordered some bracelets and they took awhile to come. The representative did explain why and I was fine with that. However, one of the bracelets/necklaces is way too big for me to wear as a wrap around my wrist and even as a necklace. I'm three weeks still waiting to return it! I've emailed and happen to google them and found this site. I called the number supplied on here and I had to leave a message. The item is very pretty but I can't wear it. I am hoping I'm not taking a $40 loss!
This is my second time ordering. I love the product but this company is just horrible I'm sorry! After receiving my first order I place a second order based on my first experience right? Ha! It's been over a month I spent $100 (both orders) on a few pieces and I haven't received anything but an auto message email. No tracking no nothing. Over a month and I've been reaching out on every platform possible. Nothing. I needed these for a special ceremony I'm just sad I also don't have $100 to just give away I gotta work half my shift for that. Pissed!

I submitted an order 3 days ago but other than that no communication at all. Maybe I'm being a bit inpatient but my gut is telling me something is wrong here. There's no contact info, if you reply to their email they respond saying "use another email ". Well. If you got my email just reply. This is not my first time making an order but it is with this Company. I truly hope I get what I ordered or get a refund. This is not Spiritual at all. Makes me wonder about the product. I bought 10-15 items for my friends for Christmas 2020. When I received the malas, I tried them on and they pinched my neck so I sent them back (4 of them at $19/mala) along with a pair of $50 leggings. I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND of over $125. "Anna" from Prana Heart was my customer service rep who gave me the address to send them back, and she said I would get a refund after receiving them. This never happened after repeated KIND & PATIENT emails. What a scam!
I bought the Tiger's eye necklace as a gift earlier this year. The recipient let me know that the band holding the necklace was shredding in several places. This necklace was not worn daily. I reached out to Pranaheart and they would not replace but happily offered a 20% off for a replacement purchase. A company that doesn't stand behind the quality of their products already know they are poor quality.
I will not be purchasing from them ever again.
The necklaces are just dyed resin. Cute but not exactly the chakra balancing stone I was hoping for. The bracelets are pretty but definitely not real stone. Probably just decorative beads. Shipping was slow. Customer service was slow too.
I bought two items, monitored their shipments with the tracking token I received and all went well. The tracker was accurate to the day they arrived! I don't know where the other ppl are based but for context I'm in Southern Ontario, Canada.
I'm still wearing both as bracelets ( I got the tiger eye and the Sea sediment |Jasper Howlite mala bracelets) and I love them. Looking at making a next purchse soon.
I ordered 2 malas in the beginning of February and they still have not arrived in April! I contacted customer service by email, as that was the only option, and they eventually sent me an email back saying the goods were coming in March, but there was a problem with the tracking number. As I still have not received the goods now by end of April, I sent 2 more emails, but no one replied to me.
There is no option to track items, it just says the items are shipped. And there is no option to get the money back.

I ordered a prayer bead bracelet based on the photograph of a bracelet reflecting large, substantial beads, and received a tacky-looking bracelet with tiny beads I would not even consider wearing, the beads do not even resemble prayer beads. Blatant false advertisement. I have emailed them twice based on their 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy, requesting a postage-paid label to return this very disappointing item, and have received NO reply.

I ordered through a Facebook link, where they advertise heavily. When I received the bracelet it was not the product I was expecting. I sent them an email and received a response giving me permission to return for an exchange. I did, and even included an additional $5 to be sure I was sending enough for the bracelet I intended to order. I have sent five follow-up emails. This is 2/25, and UPS tracking verifies they received the return on 2/3. I can't believe they don't at least respond to my emails! The bracelet I got was nothing special. I could go to Hobby Lobby and buy the same beads for a lot less. I either want a refund or the CORRECT bracelet.

I really don't understand these reviews. I'm so sorry for those who had a bad experience as mine was just perfect. I ordered two on Nov. 3rd, they gave me a USPS tracking number and emailed me every step of the way as well as kept me updated on Messenger: it was out for delivery on the 7th and delivered on the 12th. Perfect communication, and I adore both pieces. I have worn one or the other nearly every day since. So gorgeous. I have to give this company two thumbs up from my experience.
