There was a "heads up" on the website that International Orders could experience delivery delays, and indeed there was an extra week or two of a wait, it was more than likely a Customs delay. I received my order and it was well-packaged. I'm pleased with the product and happy to have been able to take advantage of the reduced price during their sales promotion! Well worth the wait!
Have been trying to order for 2 days. Will not let me login. Does not recognize my email or password. Cannot open a new account as it rejects my email. Have called to straighten it out, put on extensive hold and told to leave a message for call back. Left message, no callback. I doubt this company is even interested in sales. It's customer service and website suck!

So far so good. One suggested improvement: Tell users what the cutoff time is for same-day shipping + whether shipments also go out on Saturdays.
There was a little wait time to receive it but other than that, it's a great product.
Maybe have better deals to buy in bulk.

Economical International Shipping should be free on order over $100 or $150 or $200. AFter a certain amount, it would be great to have some shipping discount. I live in Canada, with the Currency FX rate + shipping, it's expensive. Perhaps reward loyal customers and order of a certain amount of money. Thank you

There's really not much to type about, except that I thought your Fisetin was priced really high. If I get my order by around Wednesday of this week, I might think about buying curcumin in the sort of liquid release that you have, (which I think is neat), and then perhaps Quercetin, although it seemed slightly high also, but perhaps it is nano-like. What does impress me is that you are asking me, so I think that is great.

I started out many years ago with resveratrol and soon graduated to Nitro .. And have been on NMN ever since and it never fails to lift your energies up.. every morning right before breakfast..to give you that boost for the whole day.. And I can take to my twice a week 6km jogs without batting an eye. Me in my mid 60s and my wife of middle age. I truly recommend more seniors not to ignore this kickstart to your daily regime.
Easy to use. Well designed page. Loved that I can go back shopping, from cart, or even after putting my shipping info, etc. without rendering them again. But why do you need my phone number ? I don't get that.
It would be advisable if other than the Directions in the bottle label, a small note would be included with the order specifying the conditions to best take the capsules; i.e. before or with or after meals, and if can be combined with other capsules such as NMN and Resveratrol at the same time. I have been advised to have them together with Yogurt; so explain why it is best than on an enpty stomach with a glass of water, etc. etc.

Order process is good, although I had to resort to trial and error to find the breakpoint for free shipping. I did not place a recurring order because I'm not sure whether shipping is free and whether "discounted bulk shipping" means August sale prices; I suspect the answer is no in both cases. I'm always nervous when I order so much at once that it might not arrive since I believe you always use USPS and your terms admit USPS sometimes loses mail and says it was delivered, and you take no responsibility.
It took several hours, but I was finally able to access the 50% discount that I received in an email promo. Thanks.

Well as my first time , i did had some issues, but in the end i did managed to do it right, i don't find any discount code, i have no clue where is that.
