We switched from Salesforce.com because Salesboom.com CRM is very user friendly and easy to train sales people to use it. Also they have great customer support and their staff works hard to help you implement the system and get up and running very quickly.

I would make sure I get the fast track option so they do all the work: data importing, customizations, custom reports, etc.
