These guys are awesome! They made a custom ring for my fiance with a custom logo. Unfortunately, we didn't get him the right size, so they made him a second ring just for an additional shipping charge! The craftsmanship was great. The shipping takes a little time, as it's coming from China, but well worth the wait! Thanks so much! Would do business with again!

Bought for my husand as a wedding band and he absolutely loves it, but I bought it a size too big. Jonathan was more than willing to let me keep the over sized ring and ship me the correct one for the price of shipping. Lovely company, a delight to not only work with, but talking to him, he seemed sincere and was very helpful, should I ever need another ring, or if I have any friends who need them, I definitely will be sending them straight to him. Very happy.

I received these rings today and will say they exceeded any possible expectations I had. The quality was stunning and sturdy. Study in a great way all while being so comfortable while wearing it. The owner response time to answer questions has been truly customer focused. I wish all businesses went back to customer service like this owner had displayed. They have earned a customer for life. I ordered 3 months ago! They took my money and never sent anything! I have contacted them 4 times, only to get 1 response back asking my information then poof they disappear again. Do NOT give these people your money. Essentially, your giving it to them to provide you with nothing!

Our custom ring came out great. The shop took their original design for their Labrador and pheasant design and incorporated my fiancé's English Setter and grouse instead. They seller was very responsive. Great quality ring with a comfortable inside as well. Thank you!

Shipping was quick! Absolutely LOVE the ring! Great customer service too! I ordered a size too big and didnt want to bother with shipping it back and restocking fee so I just ordered another because my fiance loved it so much! Jonathan contacted me and made sure everything was okay and to let him know next time and he will help take care of it. Recommend this company for sure

The best part was that the customer service was fantastic. This was my first time using Etsy so I was a little nervous but the customer service by ScoreSportsJewlery was great. When I had a question about shipping, they responded almost immediately to my question. When the ring turned out to be too small, they gave me very generous options for how to return it and get the correct size.

These rings are absolutely beautiful. They fit both of us perfectly. The color on the inside was not as vivid blue as the picture showed, but we love them! We cannot wait until we get to wear them for good.

We placed and order Jan 2022 and waited the 2-3 weeks processing time before reaching out the status of our order. After many emails and form submissions for customer service support unanswered I messaged them on Etsy. Jonathan informed me since it was an order placed on their website he could not help me to find the status of my order. This company is a scam. Do not attempt to purchase from them.

Love the custom-made ring I ordered. Jonathan was really easy to work with and very personable. Quick responses to all my questions. Made me feel really good about my purchase. Item was better than expected, and high quality. Pricing very fair! Would absolutely purchase from these guys again!

My boyfriend lost a ring similar to this one a few months back and was distraught about it. Not only did this store have exactly what I wanted in a product, but was made out of very good materials and had a flawless design of my boyfriends favorite video game. I definitely recommend shopping with them, and I would also like to buy more things from them in the future.

I ordered a ring on 6/29/23 and my order still says pending. I have called, messaged and emailed them numerous times and no response! They have a website which I ordered from also have an Etsy shop which I also messaged them on they responded on the etsy message to email them I did 3 more times! They have a Facebook page I sent a message they sent an automatic reply to email them at *******@scorejewelry.com extremely frustrating need the ring for my wedding on 9/24/23. Definitely a shady business! Want my order or money back!

I purchased a set of ring on October 19,2021. As of today, September 23,2022, I still have not received my order. I have reached out to Score's customer service numerous times. I have any received 1 response.It was to ask me for my order number. There has been no response. On their website it show my order is being processed. I have asked for a refund since they have failed to fulfill my order. But, no one has even bothered to respond. If they can't fulfill my order then give me a refund.

Do not order from this company. I ordered an engagement set on 5/31. My order doesn't show up on my account with them, and my card was charged. Despite sending them 5 emails asking about my order status, they have not responded. This company is a scam and will take your money.

Ordered a ring in June of 2021. Score Jewelry gladly took our money but has not delivered the ring in 11 months up to writing this review in May of 2022. We have emailed Score Jewelry multiple times (5) requesting the ring or a refund and they have never responded.
