This company is a total scam. They will lie to you and take your money and never file anything for you. They will tell you they need to file your trademark in two categories or more. Lies! They will tell you they filed the trademark and it takes 48 hours to get a serial number. Lies! They will send you fake emails saying they filed the trademark. Lies! Save yourself the headache and go with another company!
They are horrible. 6 months later, we still don't have a serial number for our trademark. They clearly messed up something. I've called their customer service multiple times, it's the same guy each time giving different names. One time, under the name "Jack", he told me to call the project manager, "Sam". Only problem is he gave me his own phone number, the same one I had just called him on. Predictably, the same guy answered, under the name "Sam".
Sam offered to "expedite" the process of getting a serial number, which you normally get right away, by hiring an "attorney" who could do it in 5-7 business days (of course, requiring us to pay them more). As someone who has filed multiple trademarks myself, I know that you get one right away. He continued with this lie multiple times, even when I called him out on it. I was so angry at him, I almost forget how annoyed I had been about the fact that he had unnecessarily filed the trademark in two additional classes, costing us at least $700. I then asked him to just withdraw the application so I could refile it correctly myself, but he didn't seem to know how to do this (Sam/Jack claimed that he didn't have the authority to do this, which seemed odd since he was now presenting himself as the "project manager".
In short, this is the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a business. If Bernie Madoff, Anna Sorokin, and the Tinder Swindler decided to get together and form a small-time trademark law scam, this is what it might look like.
Took payment and nothing to show. I have been trying to contact someone in reference to a service I paid. I have not received my serial number to check the progress of my trademark. Impossible to contact someone.
We paid for the application for 3 class (each class is $350) on Aug. 2022. On the email, it states that "Trademark Regant would assist with completing the paperwork and filing with the USPTO on your behalf, at the time of filing you will receive a filing receipt with a serial number,".
Today is March 20,2023, after many follow ups of getting the serial number, we never received it.
I called to get the serial number and the status of our application on March 2023, they right away told me to pay for the maintenance package fee for another more than $1000s to get serial number or any update on the status. There's no where they mentioned this on their website and they didn't mention in the previous email either when explaining how it process. Attached is their email, none of it has been done. And the email asking for more fee to get an update of our application.
