I am having streaming problems. I like the Acorn shows but every few minutes I have to skip ahead a bit to keep it streaming. Any suggestions? I have no such problems with Netflix or Amazon Prime, and I may have to cancel my Acorn subscription if the service doesn't improve.

The best way to get Acorn is to subscribe through Amazon
Prime, if you have that. Streaming is immeasurably better and you don't have to deal with Acorn's dishonest business practices.

Amazon Prime has the same problem as Acorn. I tried to subscribe through Prime and could not get any help. Amazon Prime works somewhat better, but it has problems too. I don't have those problems on YouTube.

I had the same issues & finally gave up because their customer service was awful. I canceled and subscribed to Acorn thru Amazon and now have no problems. You may not get your money back from Acorn though. Also every now & then I go back to see what's being featured on Acorn & then search for it on Amazon. You can get more of the Acorn programming as part of your subscription than what is called out/listed under Acorn on Amazon.
