Like hell they have good products. They are cheap and not worth a fraction of the price they charge. Plus, they won't send you the right one because they know that you won't send it back because postage is too expensive and non refundable. Don't buy from these crooks you will be throwing your money away.

They WILL NOT PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE for their INFERIOR products!
I paid almost 200 dollars for a set and the material was faulty, flawed and started deteriorating. After MANY emails to them, the most they will over me is a $20 discount on more crap as they claim that the chances of a replacement WILL DO THE SAME THING!
WHY would they continue to sell the item if they KNOW the material is flawed!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I too was caught out by this group. My first time ever. Poor workmanship poor quality and no way of returning or obtaining a refund. Itied for about 6 weeks but with no success. I ordered through PayPal and was disappointed with their responses also.

BEWARE... Stay FAR away. It took 3 months for the delivery & the duvet was NOT even close to the picture. I had to send it back at my expense. I ended up paying over $55 for the shipping both ways & ended up with NOTHING

Still, they didn't change a thing! Horrible to deal with! Stay away! They don't give refunds, even the items aren't shipped!

It's located in China. Unfortunately from my experience, the colour, quality and configuration was of VERY sub-standard quality. Don't order king size bedding if your life depends on it, they have to sew (very badly) unmatched strips along random edges of a queen size set to get it to a king size. Totally shoddy and a bunch of thieves, when you raise the issue with them they try to tell you that they can see nothing wrong with the product, and will argue the point to try to get out of refunding you any money. You can return the items for a refund, but the postage cost was A$60 to return something of that size to China, so not worth it for what I received. I accepted their insulting USD25.00 refund and threw the set into my local charity bin.

The quality is fine however the customer service is non-existent so buyer beware if you have any problems like I did. I just gave up in the end and took my losses.
