on 6/22/15Same thing happened to my wife. We spoke to her bank, and they deactivated her card. They also spoke with someone at the company and got her accounts closed, and we're currently waiting on a refund for one of the charges and filed a charge back on the other. I hope this company goes down as soon as possible. Oh, and she never received what she ordered, though they say it was delivered.
They won't call you back either. I'm going on 3 months now fighting to get my money back from them. I guess they assume i'll give up and say screw it

The same thing happened to me. I think as soon as you get the free candle you are on a subscription list. I am trying to figure out what to do to get off list.
