That's how I got a response after submitting pics and review pics I posted everywhere... they offered to replace the candles bc they were broken instead I did a charge back and blocked all payments coming from them and sent a nasty email to the head of the company. But it took me 4 months and numerous attempts b4 I tried facebook... I think I left a negative review on facebook too
They don't care...
Did you return everything? I never received return labels and had to pay 30 to ship it all back, They only allow 7 days for returns even though I did not sign up either. I did file a complaint with the Better Business and a dispute with my cc company
Just wondering if this is from the Bella Candle site or the Mia Bella Candles? I've never had any issues with the real Bella Candles.
Contact the better business beuro. Thats what i had to do.
I wish I had a better answer but they very rarely respond abs when they do they just beat around the bush and dont really resolve the issue.
