How do you guys afford to give really good pricings on designer bags? I read so many reviews and is now skeptical about ordering since all reviews states that designer items are all fake.

Hello Litina, thanks for reaching out! One of the ways BTR is able to provide such deep discounts is because we do not house inventory. We charge your card when your order is processed as these orders are placed directly with our suppliers. We only authorize our suppliers to send us their merchandise once the event closes, at which point we know exactly what to order for our membership as a whole.

As a private shopping club, we are actually ordering select merchandise on your behalf. Working this way helps us secure great prices and selection for our members on an on-going basis, which is what BTR is all about.
Upon receipt of your order, our suppliers ship the purchased items to our warehouse for inspection and inventory confirmation of the merchandise. Once this process is completed, we prepare to ship to our customers.

We’d also like to reassure you that all merchandise featured on our website is 100% guaranteed authentic as BTR only deals with reputable vendors and suppliers. We do not condone the selling of counterfeit goods.

We do hope this information has helped and please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team toll free at 1-877-733-4660 if you have any further questions or concerns.

Hi Carl d, have you been dropped on your head as a baby? Or you just work for BTR? Didn't you read the comments? People went to reputable sellers as well as authentication places and were told that what they've purchased from BTR is fake, and they have pictures and documents to prove that, while BTR has nothing but the stupid scripted email to offer as a proof of authenticity, and you would be live BTR over real proof? Are you a complete Idi0t? People be aware BTR sells fakes and claims them to be real! They don't offer authenticity documents nor do they provide the vendor that they are working with so you can't verify if the vendor is actually affiliated or athorized by the company let's say Prada to sell their goods. Why have they not been sued? Because people just want to get their money back and be done with it instead of wasting more money on lawyers and drag this issue for month or possibly years!

Carl D... Go read reviews, there are many regarding this. Also BBB there is over 30 complaints about BTR. They have been selling fakes! These are not laxury items! They claim they are but then reputable retailers like Holtrenfrew tell you that it's a fake and a bad one at that! They can say that these authentic, but authentic in their eyes, I can a fake and say it's authentic but authentic to me and no one can prove me otherwise.

Dont get fooled i have proof of their counterfeit items. I bought a Prada bag from NEiman MArcus to compare. I have photos and everything as a proof. You can contact me if you'd like to see. Their bags are not authentic. I bought a celine too and it wasnt authentic either. I cant believe how they are still claiming their goods are 100% authentic. I dont think they know what it means!

The question of whether an item is authentic or not rests solely on interpretation. If I produce bags and put a Kate Spade label on it and you ask me if my bag is authentic I will say yes of course this is an authentic handbag. When you check to make sure I'm not just a counterfeit distributor I would of course reassure you I am the manufacturer so your purchasing department can rest assured they are dealing with an authentic bag maker, not some fake reseller. Again, interpretation. BTR I WANT TO SEE THE PURCHASE ORDER WITH THE LUXURY BRAND'S BUSINESS ADDRESS, NUMBER, TAX ID's or anything else that proves the merchandise comes from the authentic Kate Spade (Givenchy, Kors, Coach, Chanel etc...) COMPANY. People, get your heads out of the clouds. Because you wish a Prada bag were half price this company is willing to take chances selling it to you knowing you desperately want it to be real and don't want to be embarrassed by having been duped. Do they occasionally get authentic merchandise from the actual luxury name? Maybe. I have some Badgley Mischka shoes that are authentic, so lucky me on those I guess. I am willing to live with the small defects on the shoes because I know to expect that from BTR, it's why I paid half price for them! I have an MBA and this business model was dreamed up by an MBA - trust me, if it's too good to be true, it means it is too good to be true. BTR is protected by a contract that claims authenticity but it wasn't issued by the real company - in court they will point to their suppliers and escape with a warning. If you want the real deal at a discount join Facebook groups or Varage Sale where people resell their real bags once they tire of them (some of us love great luxury handbags and are constantly selling them in order to purchase new ones). The minute you hold the real thing in your hand you'll know from the liner used, the metal, and where the seams are. Search YouTube for how to spot fakes as well.

WoW ANYI5NE with questionable goods would have everything they need RIGHT HERE in the response above mine to take action...
MAKES ME THINK THAT THE COMPLAINTS OF FAKE GOODS IS TOTAL BS...
I Would Be Willing To Purchase From This Company... because at this point if it werent real, they would be paying a lawsuit and no company is going to set themselves up like that.
