Hello Jaclyn, thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize if you may not have been aware of our shipping timeframe. Typically, we do ship out orders at 2-3 weeks as we do not house inventory. This is one of the ways we're able to provide our members with our deep discounts. Our purchase order has been received in our warehouse today. We're currently scanning all pieces into inventory. Given there are no shortages, we expect to fulfill and ship your order by early next week.
Once shipped, you will be emailed your tracking # so that you may track your shipment with the courier.

Really, it's a nice "thought" that items are shipped out within a few weeks (the time frame given). I have also ordered and would have appreciated knowing what the delay was in shipping my order (after waiting well over a month). It would have been a nice touch (and perhaps even a forgivable reason had they informed me of the delay as well)! As for me, I had to track them down myself, after multiple messages had been sent to BTR that were left unanswered. Even after phoning them and speaking to someone was I told to wait and they would get back to me... I'm still waiting. It's rather sickening how there is no delay when they take your money immediately - but just excuse off the delays they have in delivering the product. Something is defiantly wrong here, and like most of the reveiws here for BTR, the fault isn't with the customers! Beware, I have the feeling you may have a long wait in getting an answer as to why the delay (that is if you ever actually get one)!
