I purchased a Celine trapeze for my sister and the first one I received was damaged - a button snap on the side fell right off. They were a little difficult about the return and wouldn't even let me just "exchange." I had to purchase another one when I saw it on the site. Well, I should have known after the quality of the first because the second just felt like PVC and had a few tells that it wasn't authentic. I paid a reputable authentication and they confirmed it was a fake. I sent that letter to BTR and request a full refund as per their policy for sending me a "faulty" item and they spouted back their policy saying it was authentic and that I could get a credit. Why the hell would I want a credit to shop for more fakes? I opened a dispute with my credit card and am hoping for the best. My sister is paying $50 to pay the authentication for the purpose of a credit card dispute. This is ridiculous. As an aside, I bought a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses about a month ago and I'm pretty sure they're fake now, since the dimensions on the arms are different from the ones I've seen online/in-store. I'm just glad I didn't spend over $1,500+ on those. STAY AWAY.

I bought a Celine bag and anothe designer luggage from them and they were fake. I could send you pictures of what the bag looked liked. I Dnt shop on beyond the rack after all these fakes I got from them on my first orders. So I strong won't advise you to buy anything designer from them. If it is too good to be true then it isn't. That's my honest advise to u. Save up and buy it in the store.

If you are buying luxury I would go with a store that offers guaranteed authenticity. You don't want to spend that type of money on a scrap shoot.

Personally after two orders that one im positive was fake and the other im pretty sure, i would stay clear. When it comes to high end luxury, if it is to good to be true, chances are it is. I personally have not had any problems with returns and getting my money back however so if you want to take the risk and lock up your money for 8 weeks..

Please dont buy anything from them.
I bought from them and having a hard time to get my money back.
I brought the items at the store, and they told me that they were fake.
