I ordered blinds on 4/13/16 and my card was charged. However, when I go to look for the status of my order, it says there isn't an order to look up. I try and try to call customer service, but it's busy all the time. I need an answer ASAP.

Unfortunately, I can't look up your order without more information. Please call me at 888-256-8672 and ask for Becky. We are in Houston, TX and didn't work on Monday because of the flood. I haven't had complaints about the phones not working properly but it is possible.
