They DEFINITELY hide the "cancel" button - I had to email them to find it, and they said "you can always just pause your deliveries!" but you have to hand click each week you want paused, and you can only go a few weeks out. If you do that and forget, deliveries will start up again automatically. It felt very sneaky.

The website is not easy. The delivery part is easy, but is is not tied into the account charges. You should be able to cancel without doing a separate email. You cannot tell from your account information how much you are being charged.

Hi Margaret, You can cancel anytime. You can even cancel your deliveries if you are going on vacation and then start up when you get back. The website is very easy and they thought of everything. I get my next box tomorrow and Im so excited! I am single, so I make the 2 portions at the same time and wrap up one and then have the same one the next day. So the 3 meal last me the whole week. I cant say enough good things about it! Your food comes from the best suppliers! No grocery stores and sitting out for we don't know how long.
Just wait when you get your first box! You are going to be so excited! ;)
