on 8/7/15I called the BudgetPetCare customer service and they called me back. They agreed to refund my money back to my credit card and they did. I am satisfied with their customer service.
I have had the same problem with my dogs once I finally got the stuff. Will buy in the US from now on!
Phoebe W., I would call customer service at BPC & ask to speak to a supervisor, do it right away, so they (BPC) can't say you waited too long! I Also, I gave BPC a great review, however, I'm beginning to question that review, as the Frontline Plus I purchased there last month for my 3 cats, did nothing to rid them of fleas, etc.! I am going to search for another company, preferably one that is in the USA, to buy my next batch of Frontline Plus, even if I have to pay more, all in all it will be worth the $ if it works & my cats are worth it!
