There's no such thing as customer service. Spend your money elsewhere
We lost our first tag (broke off) and it was very easy (emails) to communicate with ByteTag and get a replacement. The silicone tags are sturdier so if your pet is active outdoors, I'd suggest it.
The free replacement and free shipping was appreciated.
