Has anyone paid with a credit card instead of this western union crap and actually received these cheap cigarettes?

A: Alternatively, before you make the payment by Western Union you must obtain a reference to ensure the website is reliable, and not scammer. Some trustworthy websites including: balicigarettes (com), balicigs (com) and many other. I have bought my cigarettes from them and never a problem.

No. Having said that there is a reason most of these places use WU. If you paid by credit card and were a government snitch they would have all your bank accounts frozen in a nano-second and be hot on the trail.
