The quality of the product is crap. You can find better products off eBay or basically internet site for less than the price. The buy it now price is way more than the value of the product. It's delivered in a timely fashion. The customer service is good until you start to complain. They flat out ignore you after that.

Name brand products are same quality as if you purchased locally. Prices for the product are WAY overstated. Items that only seem to be purchased on deal dash are of very low quality and manufactured offshore. Yes, Deal Dash will state you get a full refund if you don't like the product... BUT you do not get your bid costs back, so the "money back guarantee" is pretty worthless. My suggestion is that you only buy name brand merchandise that you have researched the correct sales price and factor in the cost of your bids. Stay away from anything Shultz, the funky Japanese knives and decorative barrel stuff to avoid feeling taken

I've been playing on deal dash for over 2 years now and have never received "crap". Everything I have won came brand new and works great, except one. Won a 50" smart hdtv and when I got it... it's broke. Contacted customer support and they are resolving the issue. I expect the same service I have always had in the past... GREAT. I will let you know if there is any different but I doubt there will be,
I've won iPads, toys, TVs, cookware, jewelry the list goes on and on... again I have never received crap.

Dont bother with this site. Total scam. Most of the products are trash.
