A: Be careful before you buy ANYTHING from DHgate. They support their suppliers if there is a dispute. I was instructed by a DHgate dispute analyst to send the defective item back to the supplier. The supplier ( mtled8) denies receiving the item even when DHgate was presented with proof of receipt via the tracking number from the shipper. DHgate dragged out this dispute for over 3 3/4 months. (At 4 months you can not get your credit card company to resolve the matter by reversing the charges. I was lucky). Their supplier MTLED8 ships products that are defective and does not refund the costs even thought the product has been delivered back to them.
